Didnt last long and now doesnt work at all.Clunky software and not that great view. Buy anything else is my advice.

2nd units installed, working fine for 2 months, hope it last for a year. That was premature statement, now 4 months later, both stop working, I returned one for replacement, email response came back that I will get 90% off coupon on new model, now month later no such, the 2nd one broke, and notified them of product failure and instead of spending money to return item, I tossed it in trash.

mantie was a big help to me and I thank him very much for the set-up. have not learned how to play back recording yet but i'm sure I will in due season. moe out of skippers,va. OZZIE WAS ALSO HEAVEN SEND TO ME. SUCH A GREAT ASSET AND I'M GOING TO MISS HIM AS WELL GREAT GUY. TALKS OZZIE AND MANTIE AS WELL. BACK UP AND RUNNING AGAIN AND BETTER. LOVE IT. 8 months later this camera has given me hell and no one to help me set it back up now ozzie gone. one bad buy never again. it don't work anymore.needs eric's number and can't locate it.

I bought this in 2017. Could never get it to work longer than 3-4 minutes at a time. Got so frustrated I stuck it in a drawer. Just came across it again and figured I'd give it another go. Now it won't even connect, tries to, then you get the offline message. JUNK. No wonder they don't carry it anymore,

I own different type of cameras, I used to prefer Foscam, but now that I've been testing other brands, Foscam are the worst (you can't reproduce recorded videos from the app)After testing this Ouvis camera, I decided that every new camera that I will need, I'll see what this brand offers.For the price range, it gives the best resolution compared to Foscam, Toguard, Dericam. The picture is very clear.Pros:Best image quality for the price rangeCan reproduce recorded video from the Ouvis appHas 2 way audioLive video stream is very stable (compared to Foscam)FTP supportDDNS (haven't test it)ConsThe design is not really good as the antenna interferes when rotating the camera.It would be nice to have a longer mounting bracket.There is no audio output jack. (it would be very useful)The Ouvis mobile app doesn't allow to hide all buttons when audio is enabled and there is no setting for video (max length, quality, etc - Dericam does have those settings available)You have to physically connect it to a router in order to connect it to the wifi (most of this types of cameras work this way - except Foscam)No option in the app to disable push notifications for Alarm (iOS)

Amazing quality camera! Ozzie has the best customer service, he walked me through everything and went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to use the camera and all the features! I will definitely be buying another one of these for my back door, the quality and features of the camera are like no other! If I could rate 10 stars I would ! Thank you!

Extremely pleased with this camera. Needed a little help in setting it up and it was Manny to the rescue. I called the number provided and Manny walked me right through everything. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person. Thanks for your help .... couldn't have done it without you!!!!!
