OutdoorMaster Hiking Backpack 45L - w/ Waterproof Cover - Red - UPGRADED

Ordered the upgraded version but received the regular version. Amazon credited me $10 for the mistake. It is well made for the price and weight of the materials. There are many features on this pack making it well worth the purchased price. Others have commented on the actual size of this pack, I would say that the real world capacity of this pack is 40L not 50L. I think they measured the dimension at the widest possible ranges and because the pack is not a rectangular box, the shape of this pack reduces the capacity down to 40L. 45L is you really really stuff it to the gills. The pack is surprisingly comfortable on the shoulders and back. I don't have many negatives but here are some small ones.1: the shoulder straps could be longer. I'm a large man but I have found plenty of other backpack brands, mainly American ones, where there is plenty of straps left available for me. For this pack, I had to use the maximum.2; The bottom pocket, reserved for the built in rain cover is great but the loop zipper pull would rub against my back side and upper rear thigh area so I removed the loop. note, the zipper is still there. I did the same for the two waist strap pocket zippers. I left the other zipper as is.

It's a great size and has lots of pockets. The rain cover works really well. I bought it for the west highland way. It did the job, and I was ultimately happy, but a backpack with a frame would have been better for that length of trip. I still use it for day hikes, because it is a really good size.

Received and product was in good condition - but expected a 50L pack. Ordered for travelling and checking as luggage.The main pack is approx 32L with external storage that maybe makes up to 50L? Lots of pockets, probably suitable for 2 days of travel, My mistake, really needed a larger backpack.I opted for the upgraded material - I do not believe the upgraded material would stand up to luggage handling more than once. Very lightweight though, would probably be ok for weekend backpacking.

So initially they sent be the wrong color. However, that wasn't a big deal to me because I didn't care about the color when looking for a backpack last minute to take on a 2 backpack week trip to Europe. This backpack was perfect. Fit easy as a carry on, comfortable enough for trekking and very water resistant. There was a lot of movement in my trip in all types of environments and it held up no problem. I fit 3 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs of trousers, 2 light jackets, 1 light sweater, 7 shirts along with my hair straightener, make up bag and toiletries. It was full, but not busting at the seams. Highly recommend.

A solid backpack. Using it for my “get home bag.” Great price point compared to others recommended on the internet. Like the pocket layout.

This pack has roomy compartments, sturdy zippers and is comfortable to carry. There's a chest strap and waist strap. we had rain on our trip so the rain cover came in handy! We bought 2 of these packs for our 14 day Europe trip and they were excellent!

This is a great backpack, but I needed something able to fit under the seat on my Frontier flight. It’s the perfect size to carry-on IF you’re putting it in the overhead compartment.

Purchased for foreign travel and hiking. The color is gorgeous and it fit everything I needed without being too heavy.
