Cheap A/C remote with auto-scan feature
At first, this remote didn't work with my Trane split-unit using any of the remote codes listed for Trane in included the preset code chart, but I was able to find a compatible code using the remote's auto-scan feature. It takes a little while to scan all the codes the first time, but once it's set, it works fine after that.
