Works good so far amp not overheating anymore. Day One
Had a amp that was overheating so I decided to get this fan. all you have to do is Hook the (Black-)wire to the ground on your amp. (Red+) wire to your remote wire on your amp and it will turn on and off when you turn your car on and off. the wires are kind of short so you might have to use extensions and connect the wires together. You can hear it when the music is not on but I don't mind because when I cut the car off it lets me know that the fan is off also. But the item just arrived today and I hooked it up so I will see how it works out and I will give a update. The date is 5/17/24..

Just this one fan cooled more than half of my wide amp
Pretty efficient fan, my amp is pretty wide and this small cheap priced fan cooled more than half the amp. Only tried out for 1 day so far. Connected it to remote terminal, functions just fine.

Great Car Amplifier Fan
I had a computer fan before this one and this is wayyy better by air flow and cooling. You can hear the fan when no music is playing but it’s hardly noticeable. Super easy to install, it comes pre-stripped negative and positive wires. I rated a 4 star because I do think there should be some sort of protection for the fan so no big things can hit and or damage it.

2 fans Don’t work
Have previously purchased these type of fans from this company before I’ve had two that have worked for quite some while one recently broke. I purchased another one that fan came in with the wires, cut off and not working. They immediately sent me a return and shipped another fan out that came in and was not working.. I don’t know what is going on with this company but not testing this product to make sure it works before it leaves. The warehouse is insane.

Great little fan.. Does it's job.
Good deal and good fan. Some have complained about the noise but it's a metal fan and the application it's used for makes the noise non-existent, just turn your stereo UP. It keeps my Amp cool.

Cosmetic Issues
I’m using this fan to keep a Skar RP2000-1D from overheating. I’ve had a PAC Audio CF-1 fan for a few years but all of the bass caused the thin cheap wires to snap off at the PCB, PAC doesn’t sell that fan anymore so I bought this one. This fan has two tabs the hold on to the wires so it should be more durable in that aspect.I only gave this item three stars because there are a ton of cosmetic issues with it. The chrome plating is scratched all over the place, enough to expose the base material which looks to be copper or something like that. Other than that, it works well and I think it should last for quite awhile.

Good Product...
I ran across this lil' fan while actually looking for something along this line. I needed a cooling fan for my amplifier I installed in my Jeep. Those amps sometimes build up a lot of heat during operation....especially at a higher volume....which I tend to do when I'm out and about by myself...lol This lil' think works great for the job. I have my amp mounted to a sub-woofer box containing 2-12" sub-woofers. Being that the fan is a 12volt, I even run the power to the remote wire of my sub connection. Works great ! Powers on when I turn the keys on and off when I turn it off. No extra switch to deal with. It puts out a descent amount of air circulation to accomplish what I use it for. It does create a lil' more noise than expected but, when the music is going, you can't hear that at all. Glad I came across this.
