Heater is giving error after few months and spending amount

The best aquarium heater I ever had.

Please be very careful there is no warranty or support from the supplier. There is no mention that there is no warranty which is on purpose to mis lead.The cost is more than good heaters from ehiem or fluval.money i spent to buy this has gone down the drain in less than 45 days. The heater shows E1 error and will not work.Tried the calibration process multiple times.Worked after trying for 2 days but now the temperature reading is jumping from 27 to 32 in a matter of seconds and heater turns on and off many times a minute.have sent a video to the supplier but no response.If you are ready to spent such money on aquarium heater buy a German made one atleast they have a good warranty for it

The heater worked great…until it broke. Then I emailed the InkBird support twice and they never replied. The heater is only few months old and under warranty but the manufacturer doesn’t back its product! I’m disappointed in their customer service or lack there of.

Don't even think of buying , showing E2 error after two months of working , not functioning even after calibration.
