The best tasting fake chocolate syrup
It really tastes incredible for something that’s so low in sugar and calories. A true marvel of scientific achievement. Only negative is that it is very thick at refrigerator temperatures and can be difficult to dispense, but that’s a small price to pay.

A good sugar-free chocolate syrup, the best so far.
My love of chocolate milk goes way back to the point of infancy. I was never the soda or kool-aid drinking kid; give me chocolate milk! But as age and weight and diabetes set in (AFTER I lost weight. So unfair) I had to curtail my favorite all time beverage. But an occasional indulgence could become more common if I could find a good sugar-free chocolate syrup. This syrup is but the latest one I have used in my quest. What follows is just my own humble opinion. The Short: It's good, but still needs to be better. A little bit better than Hershey sugar-free syrup. The Long: It uses soluble corn fiber as a thickener and to offset the sugars, which is both kind of a cheat and also not as good a thickener as, say, xanthan gum. It's mouth feel is watery, but honestly that does not matter much for me because it's going into milk not on ice cream. I found the flavor to be a bit weak compared to real syrups, and even the somewhat hated Hershey Sugar-Free Syrup actually has a more chocolatey flavor. It's sweetness is relatively mild, but honestly it might be me - monk-fruit just doesn't seem to taste sweet to me and its one of the main sweeteners in this syrup. For comparison the Hershey Sugar-Free Syrup is also watery and sweeter due to the Sucralose used, but has a (IMHO) better chocolate. The sugar-free Nestles Powder has a better chocolate flavor that either of the syrups above, but suffers from the inevitable mixing issues if you don's use a milk-foamer, mixer, or other power stirring system. And no matter how hard it tries it's just not Quik (or Nesquik). The last one I used for comparisons is the Torani sugar-free chocolate syrup is VERY watery and doesn't work for chocolate milk - but I did try it. It does get a more sharper or distinct taste than any of the above but It's really intended for coffee. You making chocolate ice-milk with it, really.NONE of these syrups or powders mix well in the milk substitutes I tried, such as almond milk (which I find meh), soy milk (which I hate - tastes like dust to me), and cashew milk (my preferred). I have found a 50-50 blend of real milk and cashew can work. This helps keeps the sugar's in milk down. Now what is my gold standard for chocolate syrups, the "10" I judge chocolate syrups against? That is Torani Dark Chocolate Syrup. It's not sugar free (64g per 2 tbsp.) but is has the best flavor and the ONLY one that uses both the cocoa solids AND the chocolate liquor (the liquid part of chocolate, not an alcoholic drink). It makes a difference - your getting ALL of the chocolate flavor. And by being a darker chocolate you are not adding a milk chocolate to milk. For the numerates reading this:Keto Chocolate Syrup by Enlightened: 8Hershey Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup: 7Sugar-Free NesQuik Powder: 6Torani Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup: 4 (but maybe 7 for mochas)and of course:Torani Dark Chocolate Syrup (NOT sugar free): 10

Really Good, But Way Overpriced
The best low calorie chocolate syrup I have had, but $12 a bottle is really exorbitant.

Doesn't Taste Like Chocolate & It's SO Runny
I tried Enlightened ice cream and the flavor was good. I saw an advertisement for Enlightened Syrup and went to Amazon to read about it. I was thrilled to see a $2 off coupon so I ordered a bottle. I have been a big fan with ChocZero but wanted to see if there was a difference between the two.Yes indeed there is a HUGE difference. First, the syrup pours just a bit thicker than milk. Didn't expect that. Ate it atop my Keto ice cream and I do not like the flavor. It isn't unctuous like ChocZero. I experienced an aftertaste.

Amazing flavor
The taste is amazing. Should be a little cheaper, but the good thing is that it has not many ingredients and it is sweetened with monk fruit.

It's okay I guess but way too expensive for a small bottle
I got this for my son to try and make a keto-ish version of chocolate milk (using almond milk) but sadly it wasn't really even close to the same. The flavor is okay but seems almost watered down so it might be okay depending on how and what you use it for. It's a VERY small bottle though and not really worth it IMO. You could buy a bag of sugar-free chocolate chips and melt them down with some heavy whipping cream for a similar effect that's cheaper than $12. The strange thing is when I poured it, there was a long stream of chocolate running down the back so it somehow leaked out. I'm still not sure how.
