Works great
For reference, I'm a 52 year old, daily-skin-care-since-a-teenager kinda guy (older sisters + curiosity = great skin). I've been using 10-14% AHA for a few years to tackle fine lines and wrinkles. My skin was ready for a bit more - new wrinkles meant a change in strategy!Experience:First use: I only left it on 3 minutes, as directed. It didn't tingle much and it seemed to have done nothing.Second use 3 days later: Left it on for 5 minutes. Got the tingle and my face felt barely sunburned - I'd occasionally notice it. I decided this was probably my "sweet spot."Subsequent uses: The sunburned feeling no longer happens. My skin is silky to the touch. After my 4th use my newer fine lines were gone. I'm using it once a week, or every 5 days or so as needed.Future plan: after much time with my dermatologist, Dr. Google, I will use this until I land on needing 10 minutes for it to be effective, and then I'll move to a higher concentration. My routine once a weekish before bed (frequency varies based on what my skin needs):- Mix a bit of baking soda with a few tablespoons of water and set aside.- Wash my face with a gentle cleanser.- Dry my face completely.- Apply a total of 3-4 drops to my entire face and smooth along everywhere except my beard and my eyelids (basically don't go inside your eye socket area at all). I focus on my forehead and cheeks and smooth the rest around. I use my fingers and wash them immediately.- Leave on for 5 minutes.- Gently dab on the baking soda/water mix with a cotton ball to neutralize, just a little at a time (you'll hear the fizzing, be careful - don't let it run or drip).- Rinse with warm water, and gently pat my face until it is just damp.- Apply hyaluronic acid (this stuff is pure magic)- Apply moisturizer. The daily part takes less time than brushing my teeth. The weekly AHA peel adds a few minutes, which are more than easy to spare! Heck, clean a toilet or something while you're waiting! Just wash your hands before getting back to your face.My take: I'm experienced with AHA around 15% or lower, so this was a good step up. I wouldn't advise this level for new users as when I started out with leave-on AHA, 10% left me red and 14% was on the edge of too much. And please heed this advice: start out slowly, you can always try again a few days later. Remember when Samantha got a quick "rejuvenating" chemical peel before Carrie's big publishing event? Don't be a Samantha (other than how she unconditionally stuck by her friend despite her vanity taking a wrecking ball to the face).

Simply the best
I’m 66 years old with pretty good skin. I’ve been trying to get rid of a couple of dark spots. I’ve tried different kinds of products even ones from the dermatologist.I started using this three minutes every other day slowly increasing to maximum of 10 minutes. You can feel it tingling like it’s working! After a week I’ve noticed a big difference. After two weeks my dark spots are barely noticeable. This really works. I highly recommend it

My pores have disappeared
I followed the instructions on the website and used this last night. I just checked my face this morning and the pores in my T-zone have disappeared! Hallelujah!I know you're thinking pores don't disappear, but what I meant is this... for someone with very oily skin, the sebum build-up makes my pores look so much larger, this AHA solution cleansed them out! I usually extract the white/blackheads from that area every 2-3 days, which is what I went to do when I realised that I can barely see my pores! the area is just so smooth! My main concern with my skin is large pores and poor texture. So I am hoping this peel can improve the rough/bumpy texture especially on my forehead. To explain: I cleansed my face with a mild cleanser, applied the product with a fan brush (as soon as I started applying I started the timer for 3 mins); sprayed on the neutralizer (I bought theirs), and left it on for 1min, rinsed off with lots of cool water, applied my 'peptide no-sebum balancing toner' to help further neutralize the product and restore my skin's pH, then applied the peptide complex serum (also bought theirs since I do not have a peptide serum in my collection). I continued with eye cream and moisturizer. The process was simple and easy. I felt tingling 30 secs into the application. I felt slight burning on some areas of my face (where I had picked at earlier). Most of the tingling and burning stopped as soon as I washed my face off and totally stopped once I was done with my routine.side note - The serum is very light weight and absorbs flawlessly.N.B. I also did a test patch on my inner forearm first, then on my cheek to determine my skin's sensitivity and reaction which is why I did 3-mins for my first application. On my next application, I am going to try 5mins.

Stretch marks
So, I wasn't sure if this would actually work. I started using it on my face once a week and also started using it on half of my stomach stretch marks. I've only put it on my right side of stomach because I figured with my face, I might just "see what I want to see." So, again, started applying once a week on right side of my stomach. Well, after a month and a half-there's results! One day looking in the mirror, I called my husband in to look at my stomach and he noticed it too. The marks on my right side are not as deep or even noticeable, compared to my left side that is just covered with marks. I THINK I've noticed results on my face (wrinkles) and I know for sure there are results on my nose. I have 3 enlarged pores on my nose and they are still big but definitely not as big as before. I've started using it on my inner thigh stretch marks as well. Hoping it works just as good there! I do it every Wednesday after a shower, I leave on for 3min (start off with 1min until you're used to the feeling), then I splash with baking soda+water mix. Rinse with damp cloth then moisturize.

Good product.
Good product and working as expected. I have been using this product since last 7 months. Earlier I used to visit dermatologist for chemical peel but I feel this product is very economical compared to Doctor visits.

Doest work!
This is not a chemical peel - not so much as a flake of skin after using it and waiting for the magic to happen.Absolute waste of money and complete disappointment so I am resending my other items from this brand back for a refund.I get more of a skin peel from my exfoliator! Don't waste your money like I did.I rarely leave reviews but I feel like I had to as this product is so bad!
