I just finished my second bottle.Me BEFORE:I have severe bloating about 3 to 4 days a week, often followed by headaches.I have trouble wearing pants because of the bloating (I seriously look like I have some alien being growing inside), and prefer shift dresses.I test strong positive for most items on the skin prick test and have (well controlled) asthma.The widely suggested "try a single food at a time see what aggravates the symptoms" tactic never worked for me as the same food sometimes causes bloating and sometimes doesn't.All seemed to depend on my general condition, varying day to day?Tried the Kimchi probiotics because I heard people praising Kimchi to the sky, but couldn't really eat it everyday.Me AFTER:The first couple of weeks - I was constipated!But I keep on taking the pills bc I took it as a sign that something was obviously making a difference within me.After the initial block of sorts, I can say I never had any of my painful bloatings!There were days when I did get a bit bloated, but none that caused pains and headaches.So I am definitely going to continue with these Kimchi probiotics.Let's see if they hold up during the holiday season.Wish me luck.

This item arrived today and I was so happy to get it. The first thing I noticed is the best by date is about 6 weeks from now. Not thrilled, but not a deal breaker. Then I opened the cap. Not only was the safety seal gone but there was a crumpled up plastic bag in the top as a space filler. I have no idea what pills are in this bottle. Buyer beware.

This is not for everyone, but if you seem to need this vsriety of probiotic, this is the easiest way to get it without having to eat bottles of sauerkraut

I was interested to try these probiotics because they had a special one from Kimchi that I hadn't heard of or taken. In addition this probiotic has L. Sakei, which is hard to find and it's especially good for oral health and sinus issues. The CFU count is decent and it doesn't need to be refrigerated and also has FOS to help feed the probiotics.That being said this is only a 30 day supply and the amount of fillers per pill is horrific and on par or worse than drug store probiotics: Microcrystalline cellulose, Dextrin, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate, Capsule(Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Purified Water, Carrageenan, Sucrose esters of fatty acids, Magnesium chloride, Potassium chloride, D-Sorbitol solution)Yuck! It's been a while since I saw a pill with so many fillers. The fact that it had so many made me skip this probiotic more often than not. I generally don't respond obviously to any probiotic so I can't say if this helped good or bad.I'm glad that this company is bringing unique probiotics to the market but at this price for a 30 day supply, I don't understand the need for that many junk fillers.

Other microbe products don’t have the most dominant microbe in sinuses, which is Lactobacillus Sakae. Tried other microbe products first. Though this does not advertise for sinuses in a major way, it is really a major cure and government testing has proven the Lactobacillus Satae microbe’s efficacy in restoring sinus health and comfort. I read customer reviews saying it cured sinus infections. After major dental surgery of broken upper molar, my husband developed sinus infections. Antibiotics made it worse so I researched microbiomes for sinuses. This product actually had the most prevalent healthy microbe in all sinuses in its ingredients. Price is excellent. Within a week, my husband had normal sinuses again. Highly recommended.
