great for poolside use

The seller was very generous with my order. The quality is better than most marine grade carpets , for the price. I like the backing, too.As far a raveling, typical for most carpet running with the pile, it just does that. Seal it and forget about it.I installed it with TEC indoor outdoor mastic. Quick grabbing, and it worked great on the seams. Had to role over some edges, no problem.I am using this on my boat, so time will tell. Will it hold up?? Fingers crossed.I'll follow-up if I run into any issues.

I put the carpet on my patio in June. I live in South Florida and it rains nearly every day. We had a tropical storm two weeks ago. The carpet absorbs the water. However, it shifts easily in high traffic areas.

I ordered this teal carpet to use in a 1972 vintage boat I'm restoring. I've done carpet and upholstery in the past and this is a decent quality carpet. It's just what I was looking for for my restoration project and the color was spot on. I had ordered the small sample piece ahead of time to make sure it was going to be right. I recommend ordering the small sample first to see if the color you choose is to your liking.

I have glued down a lot of marine carpet and indoor outdoor carpet. This is low end carpet. It freas when you cut it. Its woven plastic that comes apart when you cut it. There are much better carpets available with a stronger latex backing that wont have the strings come apart when you cut it. THIS CARPET IS SO HORRIBLE THAT I CAME BACK IN TO EDIT MY REVIEW, IT JUST COMES APART. I WILL BE RIPPING IT OUT AND REPLACING IT WITH BETTER MARINE CARPET, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME AND GLUE.

I had to redo the supports in my boat and decided since i was ripping old rug up,why not replace. This rug went in easy, no issues cutting with electric scissors, is comfy on bare feet.
