Not as Good a Fit as my Old Center
I ordered this live center because I wanted a smaller & shorter center. It turned out that the point on this center was smaller, but overall longer and did not seat as well or as deep as my original center. See photos. I have not confirmed accuracy or longevity as this center will not be my first choice.

Good live center
Thus far looks very true. I see virtually no runout, MT2 taper feels accurate in my tailstock. The bearing housing (largest cylinder) is about 80% longer than on the live center it replaced. I am guessing due to additional bearings

Reasonably good quality for a cheap tool.
This live center devices seems to work well. It was very inexpensive and reasonably good quality for use in a legacy South Bend 9A lathe. My only complaint is the shank is too short to disengage properly. To remove this center from the tailstock requires a little tap with a brass hammer. That is only a minor annoyance.

Great value
I was looking for a new live center with a tip that is smaller and stays out of the way of my work. This is great for the price and works perfectly.

Noisy - probably bad bearings
First I tested the run-out with a tenth indicator and got .001" TIR - then I realized it's not eccentric - it's just that I can wiggle the point .001 by hand. Not a deal breaker for my application, but then I put it to use and found that it whirs loudly. Based on this, I expect the bearings will be shot very soon. Time will tell. On the bright side, i can easily tell when I've brought the tail-stock up enough to come in contact with the work.
