Delt Force is a free-weight device that isolates and builds Wider, Ripped, and More Massive Deltoid/Shoulder Muscles Delt Force has also been an outstanding way to rehab and strengthen injured shoulders, rotator cuffs. Delts are difficult to build because they’re hard to isolate for a good “burn.” During dumbbell raises -a lot of blood flow and energy is lost to your lower arm muscles from holding the dumbbells. as well as the strain on wrist and elbow joints. Weights are not included. For more information, visit deltforcedotcom

It's the best tool to train the medial deltoids, but it has minor problems...
I am giving the Delt Force product a perfect rating, considering it's the only piece of deltoid training equipment in existence that offers so much freedom for the user to move their arm, wrist, and shoulder around as they operate it. Nevertheless, it has its cons. Not only was it kind of difficult to get the small pin locked into the weight-plate loading tube, the design choice is puzzling. Why not use a steel weight-plate loading tube that is also welded onto the base frame? The base is quite durable. The item itself weighs 7 lbs. With the tube itself welded on, it would have tossed out the need for the small pin altogether. That way, you would probably never have to worry about your weight plates falling off. Additionally, they should have included a top-grain leather arm strap on the inside of the base, so the user can wrap it around their arm instead of always using their opposing arm to support it. Top-grain leather can support hundreds of pounds. Nylon is also a strong material. Delt Force has been around for over 23 years. This raises the important question: "Where is the new and advanced model?" Innovate, don't emulate. We all know there should be something better on the market right about now.

Good concept. I was disappointed in quality of the construction. The vertical bar is a hollow metal tube attached to the base with a potter pin. The weights rest on the pin, not the base, and it did come off once which caused the plates to fall on the floor. Will not request a refund, but lesson learned

Use it
Like any workout equipment, it's the effort you put in that makes it worthwhile. I've had my delt force for almost 20 years and blast my shoulders and triceps with it.
