Plug and play, nice sensitivity. Roughly it can charge my mobile phone for around 3 times, and twice for my iPad.

It died within 7 months. It was given excellent care - no dings, bumps, or scratches - and it won't input or output any charge or light indicators. It was a great little charger until suddenly it wasn't anymore. 7 months seems like a ridiculously short lifespan. Buyer beware. Cute little unit though.Update: Upon my review above the company was astoundingly good to work with. They replaced the unit free of charge - shipped to me in a matter of days. It has been a month and the product works beautifully. Thank you, Poweradd. Excellent customer service - they stand behind their product.

This is a great power bank. We have only had for 4 or 5 days and it has already been a life saver many times. It arrived on perfect timing too. When it arrived I was on my way out the door to an important meeting and freaking out because I needed my phone for it. I noticed at last minute that my daughter had been streaming videos on my phone and that it was almost dead, but I didn't have time to charge it and my car charger wouldn't have charged it fast enough. As I was rushing to leave though, that's when the packaged arrived. It was a huge life saver. It was already charged up and ready to go. I hurried up and plugged my phone into the power bank and threw them both in my purse. By the time I got to my meeting my phone was charged up enough to use it for what I needed it for. I have a samsung note 9 and it does take a little longer to charge because of the bigger battery, but my daughter and son both have iPhones and it charges up their phones pretty quickly. My daughter was able to charge her samsung tablet and then her iphone before the power bank needed to be charged again. The tablet did take a little bit longer to charge, but again it does have a bigger battery. Also please note if you have a device different from an iphone or ipad you will need your own charging cord to use with it. This one comes with a cord that only works with apple devices. Overall it's a great portable power bank . It's a great value, it works great, it's great quality, and it's lightweight and easy to carry around or travel with.

The User Manual is very misleading and the print is much too small for aging eyes. The section on "How To Use The Pilot 4GS To Charge Other Devices" is completely wrong. I think it should say:1. Plug your USB power cable into the device to be charged.2. Plug the other end of the USB power cable into an Output port of the Pilot 4GS. If you do this before you plug the cable into your device, YOUR DEVICE WILL NOT BE CHARGED.3. Charging will stop when your device is fully charged or the Pilot 4GS is depleted, whichever comes first.4. Charging will NOT automatically resume if your device drops to less than 100% charged; you must unplug the cable from the Pilot 4GS Output port and plug it in again to resume charging.Also, the "24-Month Limited Product Warranty" section says, "Any problem, please feel free to contact us," but there is no contact information. However in emails to me, the customer service rep's .sig said the hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and I'm pretty sure that when Daylight Saving Time is in effect, the hours are still 9 to 5 PDT, not PST, so I just listed it as Pacific Time above.I originally wrote a very negative review because I couldn't get it to work, but Customer Service reached out to me in email, and after many exchanges, which included them sending me a replacement unit for free, I finally figured out that the problem was the incorrect instructions in the user manual on top of the missing customer service contact info. Once we were in communication, their Customer Service was actually excellent. I don't say that lightly; I have been a customer service professional myself since 1974.

This item is great!! I bought a second one, one for work and one for at home. Would recommend it to everyone!!! It charges your phone or ipad or fire tablet very quickly. I use it all the time. You won't go wrong with this purchase. It's slim and fits nicely in back pocket or in a purse.

My poweradd power bank 4s 12000 mah came! 🥳 My red bank came 75% charged. ❤️ I used a lightning USB cord & charged my daughter's J7 android phone from dead. It took 2 & a half hours. There was still almost 50% power left after charging her phone. When I plugged it up to charge the bank it was at 25%. That was at 2:45pm & it's only 75% done charging back up & it's now 7:01pm. Very pleased with my purchase! Will come in great handy with my Trucker HusBae or my home schooler. Would buy another one & or recommend! 😆🤩😍🥰❤️🥳

I bought this back in October and it worked great until last night. It fully charges to 4 dots, but when I plug it up to my phone it charges for 2 seconds and then shuts off. I’ve turned it on about 10 times and still the same thing...charges for 2 seconds. I’m very disappointed.After my review, I received an e-mail from Power ADD requesting my address so that they could ship me a new battery. I’ve had it for over a week and it’s working great. Thank you Power ADD for making me a happy customer again.

Hmmmm... I mean the product is okay/nice because of the colour and the texture. I can give the colour, feel and texture two thumbs up👍🏾. But the thing is when I’m charging it and it reaches 75% (3 lights on, 4th light blinking) it takes a long time for it to get to 100%. It reached 75% one particular day and it stopped there. I left it to charge overnight and when I woke up it was still on 75%. I thought something was wrong so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it still took a really long time to get to 100% ( 4 lights stable, fully charged). And I’m not so sure about the battery life of this power bank because I only used it to charge my AirPods and my phone(which was not fully dead) and then the battery of the power bank went down. I would have loved to wait a long time and get used to this power bank but I keep getting emails on writing a review so this is it😊And OMG!! Let me not forget to add that this power bank charges my iphone REALLY FAST!!!! Like I am so amazed😄😄... it charges it like thrice as much as the wall plug does😊😊😊 very impressed!✨ maybe the battery of the powerbank goes down fast because of its charging speed🤔

I previously wrote a review on how I purchased this product and it broke less than a year later, it just stopped working, and then I emailed their customer service team as per email displayed on their website and never heard back. After leaving my review here on amazon, the company contacted me immediately and without hesitation sent me the exact same brand new charger as mine was still under warranty (it says on their website that all chargers come with a 2 year warranty). They provided excellent customer service and sent me a replacement that arrived about 2 days later! It is working great so far! This is by far the best portable charger I have used. I bring it on vacation with me and use it all throughout the day and it lasts days on end before needing to be recharged. I highly recommend!!

I decided to try this power bank as my cell phone battery life isn’t too good and it’s not always convenient to have to take my regular charger to work and find a place to plug my phone in. So far, I am happy with it. I can usually get 3 or 4 full charges from it before I have to charge the power bank again. It also charges my phone quickly which I appreciate. The only thing I don’t really care for is that it does take a good 8 hrs to charge the power bank itself but overall I would say that is only a minor inconvenience and I would still recommend this power bank. The pretty rose gold colour doesn’t hurt either!

Probably the best portable charger I've ever used. I keep it in my purse to recharge my iphone 6s, and i can get about 3 or 4 full charges out of it before i need to recharge it.

Very handy to have when traveling. Easy to use and charges my iphone quickly.The indicator lights make it easy to see when it is charging (flashing) and how much power is available (4 non-flashing = fully charged) .It's heavier than my phone, but given the convenience, worth the extra weight.
