Instapak Quick RT #10 (x9) Packing and Shipping Solution – American Bubble Boy

Oh my God, this is magic, don't ship anything without using this product if you're worried about it arriving broker This is an amazing invention once you learn how to use it. It gives you lots of protection, and if you use the right size, you will see how much protection you get from it, especially if you sell things online like eBay. Whatever size you think you need get two sizes up because you will underestimate the size that you need just think about a pillow when you put something in the middle it will curl up and the pillow corners will move up and the pillow starts to get smaller. I think these are low cost enough that you can get multiple sizes so that you don't risk missing your shipment. I highly recommend recommended

Did exactly what I needed it to do, easy instructions on the product. Had to send back a PC due to CPU failure and having this made packing so much easier and made me feel better about shipping expensive items without it getting damaged

I Use these to ship fragile porcelain figurines, this stuff inflates like crazy, and it inflates so fast that there were several times I could not get the item laid down in the box before the stuff was done inflating and got stiff, even though I had laid everything out everything in the box before hand to gauge it, and to make sure I knew how to lay/place the items in it. This stuff also gets very stiff so some of the items I shipped arrived broken because there was too much pressure on them from this hard foam. This works good for singular/solid pieces, does not work very well for figurines with any parts sticking out such as hands or wings, works better for a vase or a jar or something like that. It is very lightweight, so it saves on shipping costs, but it does inflate so fast it is very difficult to pack items even when you have already figured out where they need to go in the box. It does tend to inflate more on one side than the other, even if you pop and mix the foam and spread it out flat before it inflates . Very expensive for my needs. I did buy an off brand/knock off version and those didn’t inflate as much and I had to use two of those to fill the same space that one of these would

Great Product. Using it to ship a PC, but I'd be cautious with it since sharp objects like screws could puncture this bag and cause it to explode. I'd recommend covering anything sharp that could puncture this bag while the chemicals set. I used a U-Haul anti-static TV cover to cover the components inside.

I have been using the Instapak Quick RT #40 (and some other sizes) to package products that we manufacture for quite a few years. These are easy to use if you follow the instructions and provide the ultimate form-fitting protection that is needed. Simply place your product in the box that is is going to be packed in, then following the instructions activate the Instapak and immediately place it is the proper position within the box and it will expand and create the perfect barrier of protection. We have even had customers call in and comment on the great and professional packing process we have upon seeing it after receiving their shipment from us.

Ive probably spent well over 100 on the "cheaper" alternatives to save money, but I bit the bullet and got these. Sure, they aren't cheap, but I'd say they are well worth it. Unlike the alternatives, these actually have enough of the 2 part PU foam to fill the bag. Save yourself time and annoyance, just get the good stuff. Moving is stressful as is, so the last thing I want to do is worry if my belongings will arrive intact.

It’s hard to review things like this. I bought this to pack my computer tower so it should be safe during a long distance move. You need to work briskly once it’s activated, but there’s enough time to put it inside a computer tower and then hold the side panel in place while it expands. Definitely recommend using it in a well ventilated area, there’s a chemical smell, but it did what I bought it to do! Would likely buy again. It’s hard to review something so niche. Unless you’re an SI using these in bulk or someone else who is moving or shipping a lot of delicate items, this isn’t of use. It’s not something you keep around the house “just because.” But if you’re here reading this review because it fills a need you have, then I can’t recommend it enough!
