Keeps heat very hot and keeps cold really cold. Easy to clean,lightweight and leak proof. Easy flip top lid. Would reccommend.

Does a great job of keeping beverages hot, to the point where I have to remind myself I'm using it and my drink is still going to be really hot even though the cup is always going to be cool to the touch.I've carried it around in my backpack a fair bit without it leaking. Originally just wanted it so I could take hot drinks out with me and to save on using disposable cups, but now I use it as my default cup at home as well, so I don't need to worry about drinks going cold if I forget about them.Rim is pretty sharp as other reviews have pointed out, so I can't imagine it's particularly comfortable to drink from like that (although, at that point you might as well just buy a regular thermos), but I just drink with the lid on and haven't had any issues with it.Ergonomics are pretty good; fits neatly in the hand, the lid clasp is pretty secure when in the locked position and it's easy to hand wash (it's not dishwasher or microwave safe).

Performance is good, size just enough for a hot or cold drink, easy to grip doesn't slip in hand and does keep drink hot, cold not so efficient but still good. Reason for not giving 5 stars is a personal one as I don't like drinking through small hole, if in suitable place to sit down I remove top and drink directly from mug, so would prefer plastic rim as opposed to metal. I realise this is not purpose of mug as it is for travelling when sipping through hole is necessary. I would definitely recommend.

I think it’s good for the value. It does not keep my drink hot for long, but I don’t like too hot either ai it’s fine for me.It also leaks if you turn it around.Easy to clean, nice lid, big enough cup.

Unfortunately this flask only keeps the hot drink for barely less than an hour. I've made sure the lid is tight, the hole is covered but still it cools too quickly. Disappointing. I have to make sure I drink it in 30 mins..

The media could not be loaded. I was sceptical about this as I needed a cup with a leakproof lid for my bumpy ride to work. Shop bought coffee's were half empty by the time I arrived. More over me than in me. So as you can see from the video I filled this up with warm water, made sure the lid was on properly (or it will leak!). Turned it upside down, shook it vigorously (even gave it a few unintentional bashes on the tap). No leakage at all. All I can say is if you have one that's leaking do the following 1) Check the seal is seated properly in the lid, if there's any damage send it back. (Don't write a 1 star report about a faulty item, can't stand people who do that, if it's faulty how do you know if it's any good!!)2) Make sure the lid is screwed on properly, it is possible to get it tight by misthreading (but in that case you will be able to see a little bit of the white seal).Yes the seal will perish eventually, that's why they sell replacements, but if your leaks straight out the box, I suggest you have a faulty item.

Bon produit , de qualité, il a l'air solide.Un peu difficile à visser mais c'est ce qui assure l'étanchéité, pas de soucis de fuites avec le trajet en voiture et les secousses.La chaleurs restent quelques heures, 4/5h je pense.Pas déçue , plutôt bien
