I bought an old neuton mower to try out electrics. rebuilt battery packs and use this charger on a timer.charges batteries well.

At first I didn’t believe it was for the battery we had it looked differs but I plugged it in and it wirked

I bought this adapter to replace my Neuton OEM KFH-36007SU 36 volt charger. However, the voltage output for the charger I received was 42 volts. The label on the packaging indicated that it was 36 volts, but when I checked the charger itself, it read 42 volts. Wasn’t going to take a chance so I returned it.

It worked perfectly charged my batterys for my nueton lawnmower

When I received this charger, the first thing I did was plug it in and measure the output, which was 42.5 vdc, adequate for charging the 36v CE6 battery. However, there are a couple of caveats. First of all, unlike the original charger, there is no dual color LED on the face of the charger, to indicate that it is: A) powered up B) charging your battery C) indicate your battery is charged. The only indication you have that it has output is the LED on the battery itself. Secondly, the cord (with plug) which goes to the battery is about 1/2 as long as the original. Plan on having to use this with a 6 ft. extension cord so that it will reach your mower battery. This is a constant-voltage charger, which is okay, but not as good as a constant-current charger, which Neuton replaced the original with. Lastly, this is made in CHINA .. which means its longevity is questionable.

Not compatible with Neuton CE6It does not fully-charge the batteries.
