I took one pill on day one and two pills ...
I took one pill on day one and two pills on day two. My hands and wrists got red and itchy for several days and then the skin started peeling off. I cannot comment on the possible effectiveness of this product but the side effects were very unpleasant for me. Other people may have a different experience so I'm posting this only as a caution.

It's... meh
I bought this product as a replacement for another brand that I normally buy. I specifically use this product for the purposes of treating my acne. Overall, I would say that it is an okay product in comparison to to the other brand that I normally use. I also noticed that this product tends to upset my stomach slightly more than other brands that I've tried. Overall, it is okay. I will say that you do get more for your money... but still... It is okay...

Good product helped greatly with my acne but too much of a price Increase!
Good product helped greatly with my acne. Took off two stars for the increase in price by ten dollars. More of the guggul products lately have went up in prices by some but not by ten dollars!! Not happy. Off to find a more reasonable price item..

Good enough
I have been taking this brand for a few weeks now and I do notice that it seems to Quicken your metabolism. But I don't really notice anything else but quickening my tab metabolism is good thing so I would buy it again.

Great vitamins
So far so good on these vitamins. I went to the doctor today and my cholesterol levels are much more stable already!
