Excellent customer service. After I installed it, it didn’t work correctly only being able to control the PS5 system but unable to play video games. I sent it back for replacement exchange but they were able to fix it and shipped it back to me immediately. After reinstalling it it worked perfectly. This is an awesome upgrade for everyone that prefers to use an arcade joystick to play video games in their PS5 system.NOTE : when returning any item using the Amazon return process by using the UPS box drop off way. Take your return item already in an envelope or box ready to just have them stick the shipping label on or you will have to purchase an envelope or box from them

Since I already had a Brook UFB 4, it was mainly a matter of figuring out how to open my ancient Hitbox (always forget that the rubber feet are actually cleverly disguised screws) and plug in the requisite wires then applying the firmware update.Haven't noticed any downsides using it on the PC or on PS4. Unfortunately I don't have a PS5 to test it on. I got it just in case I have to deal with a PS5 in a tournament setting some time in the future.

The board is easy to install, if you have the right equipment and access to youtube. I was able to add this board to the etokki universal fighting stick, we updated the firmware, loaded ps5 version of Guilty Gear. PS5 lets you play for 8 min, then PS5 identifies that this is not a licensed controller, so you have to remove it and plug it back in. Hopefully this gets resolved.

It worked well. Brooks has also been very active in continuing to provide support and updates to the device.

Which sucks because this has apparently been a known issue for YEARS now. Following the directions perfectly only leads to having an 8-minute timeout with sticks such as the Etokki Omni (which uses a Brook UFB) on every game, PS4 and PS5 both.You'd think that they would've fixed this by now, or at least added a disclaimer. Done even think I can get a refund since parts had to be soldered on.

It’s extremely easy to upgrade if you already have the Brook UFB.

I used it to connect to the ps5 and it worked perfectly. No firmware update required with a recently bought UFB board.

The Brook UFB-UP5 was easy to add onto my Brook UFB and it worked with PS5 games with no issues. Did exactly as it was supposed to do with no issues so far and it was cheaper than replacing the whole board, so I was very happy with it.

自作アケコン用に購入。格ゲー以外の他のタイトルでも動作するのかと思い込んでたけど、そうじゃなくて残念。テトリスとかボンバーマンに使いたかった。

一部のBROOK社製ファイティングボードに取り付けることでPS5対応となります。組み込みはファイティングボード本体を扱った事がある人であれば簡単に出来ます。基板が小さいので、固定が少し厄介です。パーツ単体としては価格が高い気もしますが、新たにPS5対応のアケコンを買い直す必要がないと考えると、まだ安い方なのかも、と納得しています。
