I have tried this through Bulu box and liked how it works. It is very gentle compared to others but I do not take this every day. I use it a couple times a week for help with constipation. It contains senna leaf and psyllium husk, which are both used for constipation. I am not sure what would happen if product was taken everyday 1-2 times for the whole 15 days.

I tried a sample of this when I had Bulu Box and the next day I got rid of what seemed like a month's worth of "waste"I regularly take fiber supplements and a laxative about once a month, so I didn't think it would do much, but I was wrong. No stomach pain and no running to the bathroom all day, just one time in the morning (I took 2 before bed) and that's it for the day.

This product affects people differently im sure, but its the strongest cleanse I've ever tried and, to me, stronger than any laxative. I cant decide whether to give it 1 stars for being way too insanely strong, or 5 for being the best laxative ever. Anyway, i nearly fainted while exercising the day after I had taken this pill for about 3 days... i was apparently severely dehydrated and my salts hadnt replenished. Be careful with this stuff if youre performing strenuous exercise!! Theres no way 15 days is safe regardless of who you are.

I've tried a couple different products from Shapeologist and have really become a fan of the brand. The first time I tried this product I wasn't sure one little pill would do the trick. I took it about noon and by 8pm the "magic" was working! I felt cleaned out (probably a couple months worth). I'm using this product for the full 15 days before starting on a cleaner diet so that I "clean out the gutters".This product gets the job done. And it's a great price point.

Works well, start with one pill a day and if you can handle that without going to the bathroom every hour then take 2 a day. They really work it just may take a few hours for it to kick in.

these really do work for a cleanse! I could only take for 1-2 days every week instead of daily

Lost 2 lbs so far, but you must also have a good exercise program, or eat healthy it does make you go to the bathroom and cleanses you really good! Awesome Product

My boyfriend and I do this to cleanse and we both love the results but it’s not the yummiest medicine and the result are worth it!
