This set is the perfect color and a good value for the price. It's more of a burgundy/ wine color....Not true red. It looks lighter in my photos. The cushions took a few days fill out. I do like that the chairs can be connected with the provided clips. I love the overall look, but would give 5 stars if the pillows had ties. They are slippery and don't stay in place. If that isn't an issue for you, don't hesitate to purchase. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The chairs are packed separately and labeled boxes A,B and C. Please make sure you don't mix them. I searched for weeks before deciding on this set and would definitely purchase again if they add pillow ties.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the first time that I’ve ever left a bad review over a product I purchased either online or in person. I’m super tolerable. The reason why I was so disappointed is because the manufacturer affirmed several times that they couldn’t see this video and other videos and pictures I uploaded in Amazon automated claims/complains/ returns tab. Amazon was asking me to send everything back so they can issue a refund. In other words, I needed to unmount all the other chairs and table, put it back in a box and send it back to Amazon again when I only needed part A of the chair(the defective part). Neither Amazon or manufacturer wanted to be responsible. I ended up paying for a set of seven chairs and only using six.
