Q: Can it be ship to California?

I live in Southern CA and Apparently not! Not sure why - maybe Prop 65 warning?

Q: Thinking about buying this, how do you actually use it? What is the solution ratio?

You use 1/3 bottle and put in water up to 1 cup less than the max amount. Run it through and then rinse with clean water at least 2 or more times to remove the descaling solution. Very important to remove descaling solution before using to make coffee.

Q: What are the ingredients?

"SDS Available" is not an ingredient; rather this is a statement saying that the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for Citric Acid is available from Oxo up on request.

It's not twice the price. The other product is only an 8oz bottle, this product is 14oz, making it only slightly more expensive.
