I have tried a lot of different ceramic knives. The Kyocera ceramic knives are very sharp and stay sharp. They are lightweight with good grip handles, dishwasher safe and not a huge investment. For the every day "home chef" they are a great option. The one thing... they are ceramic so don't twist them when cutting or slicing. They will snap. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Don't be fooled by other brands of ceramic products --- I trust only Kyocera! Their ceramic knives are hands down, the best knives ever! Super razor sharp that cuts like butter. I have purchased this 3pc knife set for myself and as gift for friends and family. Everyone loves them!

great value for a bnb room, good looking and pretty solid quality

I have purchased several sets. A while ago, one of the blades chipped on one knife and didn’t pay much attention to it. I bought 2 sets mid-April and, again. One of the tips of the knives broke. My husband is a big cook and has an assortment of knives for different uses so this was inexcusable. Of course, luckily the pointy chip didn’t wind up in anyone’s food.

Third time buying cryocera knife sets over 8 years. They are a bit brittle and we have managed to break or chip the edges over the years, but they do seem to last a long time and stay sharp till they break. Great value for the dollar. Will buy again

These are nice. I use fresh fruits and veggies.
