I have had Terrible luck with other med organizers, which would pop open on their own, spill and dump everywhere if accidentally dropped - even from short distances/heights. Medicine was lost, mixed - a nightmare.This organizer IS the solution. Tightly snaps and stays shut. Excellent quality, ingenious rubber "opener spring" tab. I can't say enough how pleased I am with this product. It's strong and made very well. The base holds both day and night organizers securely, but can be separated easily if needed. This is NOT run of the mill junk I've seen with nearly every other organizer.Well done! 👏 *slow clap*

Pretty sturdy. The colors and labeling are very odd. Very difficult to follow unless you make sure to look really hard. Pretty easy to open unless you have some dexterity or strength problems with your hands or fingers. Only thing to improve on in my opinion is the labeling/coloring and possible the ability to fill it from the bottom. Pretty happy with it overall.

The compartments are a bit hard to open. Very sturdy product and I like that I can remove part of the section and put in my purse.

Don't know why it has taken so long to buy on of these. Bought the junk pill boxes from Walgreens and CVS. They weren't big enough, would spill pills everywhere, etc. Highly recommend this product if you take lots of prescriptions and supplements. Secure closure, huge storage and easy to use.

This product is similar to others of similar design and appearance except for two aspects. For me the individual compartments are too small. I take 8 pills in the morning and 11 in the evening. Most of them are supplements and slightly larger than prescription pills. Unless I arrange them to carefully I have a little trouble getting the compartment lid securely closed. The lids to the individual compartments have a short piece of rubber under the hinged area acting as a spring. If the lid was tight when closed it is hard to get the lid open. Except for these two problems it is of good quality.

After spending allot of money on cheaply made pill cases, I made the decision to try this one. The way that the compartments lock into place is fantastic. No more spilled meds! The product surpassed my expectations. Quality, sturdiness, and ease of use are the reasons I would highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Was really hoping this would work out as it had good reviews seemed sturdy and big enough for supplements. Unfortunately one do the slots won’t open without prying which takes away completely from the experience. Not worth returning so now I’m out the money and need to order another one.

Holds many pills, has a secure latch system. Only possible downside is it's size. Larger than most I've seen and used.

Alles kam schnell und vor allem auch heile an, prima.Ich hatte bisher schon die Einzelausführung und war sehr zufrieden damit. Da ich abends auch immer noch eine Vitamintablette nehme, war mir das Angebot ganz recht. Die Funktionen sind identisch, guter Klappmechanismus, fester Verschluss, man kann das gute Stück drehen, wenden, schütteln, fallen lasen... da verrutscht nichts. Klasse. Im vorliegenden Fall ist das nun einfach nur doppelt ausgeführt mit Tag/Nacht Symbolen und die Wochentage beschriftet. Somit ist es eine tolle Idee.5 Sterne für eine gute Größe, gute Haltbarkeit und Bedienbarkeit. Ein schönes Produkt.

My old 7-day pill pot was always too small to hold all my tablets so for this coming holiday I bought 2 of these Medcosa pill pots. The second they arrived (within less than 48 hours) I could see immediately how much larger each compartment was. They are fantastic and hold all my holiday pills without having to push and squeeze everything into the tiny old ones. Very happy now, thank you.
