I bought the INSE S6P Pro, and I was worried whether it'll have HEPA filter or not, but to my joy, i got not only one attached, but one extra HEPA filter in the box. It takes very less space to keep and 2way storage is awesome. Two battery packs are great. It's very easy to clean hard to reach surfaces, sucction is great, deep cleans evrything, design is well thought. I just love it. Only con: Although it's light, but working continuously with single hand, gives you a good hand exercise and may get tired.

Like many others,i went for the numerous positive reviews of this product and purchased it. But alas, my product died on me after 1 year that too on very mild to moderate usage. That was not it though,the real struggle started in initiating a service for my product. After trying to get through to them for 5 days, i finally got a response and that too,i was asked to pack my product and courier it to the centre at my own cost.i finally decided to pack it and drop it personally to the centre since it was a costly product and i did not want to risk it. And then after 2 weeks after receiving no response i had to contact the customer support myself for the product update on which i was told i had to pay a whopping 6800 rupees for the motor(which is around half the price of the product itself) and then come pick up the product myself again. This is a perfect example of the most pathetic customer service you could come across. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. NEVER. rather put some extra money and go for a Dyson,what i should have done.

Stopped working in 5 monthsNeed help to get this replaced or fixed

Worst experience ever!I had a bought this Inse vacuum cleaner about 1 year ago through Amazon in India. It is now broken, the motor is not even swtiching on. We have hardly used the vacuum cleaner 4-5 times. When I ask customer service for help, they just ask us to wait for spare parts to arrive and no ETA is given for when the spare parts will be available. I had high hopes from Inse, as it is a international brand. But now it looks like I made a mistake of choosing Inse products.

Suction power is really good but I feel they would've given more mAh battery. But still product is amazing.

I was split between a viomi and inse and I went ahead with inse for the 2 battery packs provided. Very convenient to have a spare charged back up to ensure entire cleaning is completed. Easy to use and handle. You will be amazed at the amount fo dust one lives in. Used it on mattresses, furniture, window grooves and floors... highly recommended if one wants to do away with the saga of staff!

on dusty surface, it will just pick the first layer of dust and doesn't fully clean the surface.wiping the surface with a normal dry cloth is better, easier and cheaper option.results are good for sofa cleaning.. but not recommended for general cleaning
