Totally worth a shot to see if it works for you.
I have been using this brace for 3 months because of excruciating forearm pain caused from repetitive use/work. The pain was horrible. I couldn't do simple tasks like take clothes out of the dryer, talk on phone, put a bra on, or squeeze shampoo and conditioner out of a bottle without wincing, severe pain. I use these braces along with a small compression brace on forearm for daily support.I do daily, gentle forearm stretches which I looked up on youtube, and I also self massage forearm tendons every other day. I have only taken otc pain meds 1x during this period , but have been diligent about everything else.Today while getting ready, I realized I could do all the stuff again with very little pain. My fingers aren't numb, it's not in control of me anymore! When you realize that your mobility and strength are back, you could almost cry tears of gratitude. These little braces made a big difference on my road to recovery. They are easy to put on. I am right handed and have to use my left to position brace. It's easy. I also really really like that it's padded a bit because I tend to be a bit clumsy and smack my elbow on a doorway or wall or counter from time to time and these have saved me that pain!

Instant Relief for my Tennis Elbow. Also Helps with Mouse-Induced Tendonitis
I gave myself a repetitive stress injury ("tennis elbow") while splitting a couple cords of wood and tossing half of it backhand with my left arm (dumb). I did some research and eventually found this product and decided to give it a try. The package arrived, I put on one of the two braces included, and the pain and discomfort of my "tennis elbow" virtually disappeared immediately. The brace works by keeping a bit of pressure on the muscle that contracts in my arm, disturbing the inflamed tendon and causing the pain. The pressure keeps the muscle from contracting as much, and that is the key to reducing the pain and potential for further damage. I also happen to be a computer programmer, and I have had a long history of pain and discomfort in my right (mouse) hand, including surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome. More recently, I started having pain in my right forearm at the same location as the 'tennis elbow' pain in my left arm. I placed one of these braces on the spot on my right arm, and the discomfort is greatly reduced. I'm wearing one of the braces on my right arm as I type this. I came back to order another pair of these braces, as I lost one somewhere and I'd like to keep them around. I hope this product helps someone else as much as it has helped me!

Works great for ulnar neuritis and carpal tunal
I bought this because an orthopedic surgeon told me I had to get to get surgery to resolve "extreme nerve damage" in my right arm after an EMG test. I got the EMG because my arm was painful all day and was falling asleep at night, even though I was not laying on it. I work on a computer all day and use a mouse 7 hours a day plus I am diabetic. I decided to try this brace instead. I am so glad I did! I wear it at work daily and my arm feels so much better. As you can see by the pict, I wear it ABOVE my elbow. The strap is about 12 inches long and the compression pad is about 6.5 inches. It fits my bicep perfectly.I've had it for over a month and it really helped me. THANK YOU!

No more weeder's elbow
Weeder's elbow is a pain! Waking up in the middle of the night because your arm is tingling and part of your hand is numb is no fun! Since I'm not going to stop pulling weeds I need another solution and these braces are it. I've tried several brands and these by far have worked the best. I really like the fact that they are so adjustable too! I have small arms and a lot of the braces I tried were just too big, these can be adjusted in several ways for a perfect fit. I won't ever pull weeds without them!

A Very Bad Product
I should have read the negative reviews before purchasing. Almost immediately I got a skin rash from the product as others have claimed. It is difficult to adjust the tightness due to the strap wrapping around underneath, rather than above preventing it from being pulled to the appropriate tightness. I soon threw it out. I don't know why there are so many positive reviews. But, I have to say that this and another terrible product that had lots of great reviews has me questioning the value of Amazon reviews in general. I now go right to the negative reviews on a product weighing them in considerably regardless of how many favorable reviews are posted.

This elbow brace pad is very comfortable and at times, I forgot I was wearing it
This elbow brace pad is very comfortable and at times, I forgot I was wearing it. It's great when performing repetitive tasks and actions and there is a sufficient amount of support. For those with issues with forearms, tennis elbow and even the ulnar nerve, it’s my opinion that this elbow brace pad can really help a great deal. This is personal preference but for me, it’s great that these elbow brace pads are not larger than they are. The size is perfect for me. They are compact and comfortable. The elbow brace is made really well and compresses the upper forearm while pain issues seem to lessen. The padding is thick and did not irritate my skin at all. That’s a big advantage. The velcro is strong and many people who had accidents and broke elbows and arms in the past can benefit from this type of support. In this case, it feels comfortable and the brace/pad is not too tight at all.Note that there are some similar items that have sharp edges or are designed where the velcro can irritate or cut into one’s skin. These elbow braces and pads are designed so they provide support and feel good while they are worn. Nothing cuts into my skin at all. Some people will want to wear it while working out or playing tennis. Here are some positives:* well constructed*for me, these are the perfect size*firm with support but not too tight*material did not irritate my skin*I forgot I had it on while wearing it and that’s the biggest plus of allThis item:Elbow Brace, Tomight Tennis Elbow Brace with Compression Pad for Both Men and Women

Great for weight training as you recover from golfers elbow.
I use this every day when I am doing light weights recovering from my golfers elbows. I can do side laterals and bicep curls with light weights without aggravating my elbows after 2 weeks. The pressure works well and the Velcro stays on tight and does not have to be readjusted during workouts.

Yes this little thing actually works
One day I end up with Tennis elbow and it's excruciating. Even picking up a mug of coffee hurt so I thought there is no way this little strap - pad - thingy is going to work. No way.It does. Seriously I don't even fully understand how it's possible but the damned thing actually works.

Worst brace ever
I used this elbow brace for more than3 weeks. Not only I didn't find some comfort but i was in more pain. I purchased a different one from shoppers drugmart, nothing fancy, just what was aveliable. I found comfort in a few minutes. Furthermore, the stripe is narrow can't keep the brace on my hand right. The pad is too thick and not comfy at all. The worst brace ever. I don't recomend it at all.

Really Helpful
My tennis elbow as a new mom has been so bad that I've been unable to pick up a cup of coffee much less my baby girl. This brace made a world of difference. Quality is good, highly adjustable, comfortable to wear for extended periods, much better than the brace I was using before.

Velcro falls off
I've read past reviews and saw that there were complaints about the velcro not sticking. I didn't think I'd have a problem as my forearms are small.Boy was I wrong. It keeps coming off while doing push ups which is irritating and ruins the flow.I've made the brace at the maximum tightness and it still unattaches. And when it doesn't as I'm resting during sets and reapply the velcro, the blood circulation is cutoff as its that tight.

comfortable and sturdy
My husband has been playing tennis 2-3 times a week this year. Now he has yennis elbow and feel pain on certain movement. With Alfalfa tablets, he started to use this strap. And he can tell the difference of pain when he wears it. It is soft and sturdy. Easy to adjust and it doesn’t get in the way whatever movements he makes. This has two in one package. It gives a peace of mind to have a back up. Also price wise!!
