This brand of bands comes highly recommended by my trainer. I have used this band previously and very extensively on a daily basis. This band has never failed, broken or stretched out. The only reason I bought this one was because my previous one was stolen from me.

These bands are great and multifunctional. I love using bands to change up my weight training or to alternate on days my bones just don’t feel like being subjected to metal weights (I have osteoporosis) The only issue I have is that when I loop a band to my squat rack, the material of the band causes it to slide making it difficult to do unilateral banded glute bridges, donkey kicks, fire hydrants or any other exercise

I love the band. I use them on days I do cardio it comes in handy when I work out at the gym and at home. I had other resistance bands in the past and these are by far the best I had. I will recommend to anyone that has limited space looking to get a great workout.

Okay i got the purple band! I think it’s 70lbs i might be wrong. I bought the band in according to the chart (that was dumb of me). The band is very thick and like impossible to do proper pull ups on. I just wanted a slightly heavier band just to practice my form for pull ups but I think i’ll just stick to the lighter band i have. I already have a red band that i use for assist pull ups but i got a different brand.The chart is only helpful for this product when you want to get a lighter or heavier band. Heavier the band the tougher the resistance.

I bought these to replace a similar sized band that broke. They're strong and durable but they are stiff and not very stretchy/elastic. Most other band's elasticity feel like rubberbands, but these are plastic-like, and I don't like using them. Maybe that's why they're so durable?

Very sturdy and I love them! I just wished it came with a carrying pouch and an organizing system to keep them from getting tangled up.

I have pulled this cable to its limit and i see no signs of wear and tear, works every time just like the day it arrived, very strong cable/band.. whatever you wanna call it. This thing just works, I trust it completely.

I got the yellow band and it works so well for arms/back workout at home. Something I love about this band is that you can take it with you if you travel and want to workout. It won’t take much room from your luggage.

They do snap! Was great for 2 weeks but they cannot say they never snap as mine did yesterday after 14 days of use. I weigh 152lb, am 6 ft 1 tall and used it to finish pull up last few reps in final sets to hold form. I was very surprised when it snapped yesterday. I cannot see any nicks or cuts or damage to it at break point so not sure why it failed. I have given it 3 stars as I hope it was a one off floor in this one band as I will need to buy another as it was great up to the point it broke.

I'm a manager of an Anytime Fitness and bought these bands to replace two that broke. They work as expected and shipped really fast! I'd recommend them to anyone considering purchasing them.

So far hold up well. Only problem is very long but found a way to tie them shorten for their purpose.

Strong resistance band. Exactly what i wanted to add resistance on my glute warmups (good mornings, deadlifts, and donkey kicks). The letters peeled almost immediately after just 2 uses, but i dnt care having a logo on it.

I have been using this for various exercises to keep my body in good shape. Found workouts for these bands and so far all has been good., I am planning on getting a second one just in case I need it also. Very good product.

Really well made, exceptionally happy with the purchase, big help with my shoulder physical therapy.
