Winch
Everything went on with no problems. The cables out of the control box could a bit longer. They fit, just not able to lay flat out of the way.

Customer service is not available. No one answers the phone or emails
I have purchsed over a dozen X-Bull winches. The 13,000 models were trouble. Two of them did not work and X-Bull will not answer my emails or phone calls for a return or service. I had to call in a dispute on my credit card so they could continue the fight.EDIT 3Nov2023. X-Bull found my email in their spam folder. They sent a new control box and the winch now works with the wireless remote. The plug in control is a different sixe and does not fit the plug in that came with the winch. 3 star because of the length of time for the fix.

JUNK AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Why don't you show a picture of how the rope is attached to the winch spool....mine ripped off the first time i used this winch. They used a small screw through the rope and into the side wall of the spool. It ripped right out and pulled the threads out of the spool with it. JUNK. The install hardware is JUNK. Bolts broke as i tightened them down...had to go buy Grade 8 US made hardware. 2nd time out the gearbox jammed and it was stuck. I took it off my truck and threw it in the dumpster. I spent more for a WARN and have never looked back. I haul junk cars everyday. This winch is garbage.

Like other reviewer shorted out and burned up (worked for about 2 years)
Purchased about 2 years ago. Worked great but then the thin black wire that comes out of the control box and connects to the negative connection on the bottom of the electric motor burned up. I replaced it and checked all connections in the box. Could not see anything shorting. Connected battery and it immediately started to smoke. I have gone with Smittybilt for my replacement. We used the winch about twice a month to pull minibarns on a trailer. These only weigh about 2000 pounds and are on skids so not a big load for the winch. We stored inside and covered with cover anytime left on trailer. I would not buy this model again. From the photos it looks like this exact winch may be branded with a lot of other brands so buyer beware.

Nice until it wasnt
This was a very nice product until it wasn't it shorted out and go stuck on it damaged my front bumper thank got I got the rope instead of the cable. This also happened while the truck was parked in my driveway when I get a notice front my security app that my vehicle had experienced a jarring like someone may have hit me nope it was the winch exploding the rope.
