Broke after a few weeks really really disappointed

Great night light for our grandson, Harry, aged four.

I have been looking to get one of these neon lights for my girlfriend for a while now as her room has been looking at little bland. When I saw this rainbow toucan I thought I would give to her giving some vibrancy to her dull room. The light really looks awesome and it’s definitely exceeded my expectations with its brightness, a dark room get’s brought up by this. The toucan was very easy to assembly and once connected it works perfectly but was a slight faff but regardless very easy. The quality feels good and the brightness is amazing even during the day. What’s cool is that if you wanted to make it mobile and take it along with you by simply just adding some batteries which can become expensive and a pain or you can simply just use a wire on it insuring that you’ll never need to buy batteries again. Overall I’d recommend it as a gift to friends and family as its small, cheap and a fun device for anyone of any age, simply a gimmick!

I had been wanting a neon light in an animal theme for my younger daughters’ bedroom so it was nice to receive a freestanding one for review featuring a Dinosaur, this is just lovely- a bright vivid green colour that will add some vibrancy and night light to the room.The quality is very good for the price, and I’m impressed with the USB cable allowing me to plug this into a USB socket in the wall or I have the option to just use 3 x AA batteries.There's a switch on the base to turn this on/off, this also works if you decide to use the USB power instead.The light is made out of an acrylic material, basically plastic, so unlike the proper neon signs, there's no glass to worry about or the gases they place in neon signs, this is just LED's only. The base is made from plastic and incorporates the battery compartment underneath, there isn't any non-slip feet so you may want to add your own.You will get hours of use if you power this up by using batteries only, I have tried rechargeable batteries and they worked well although it may work out cheaper in the long run to use rechargeable batteries if you intend to use this light nightly as we do.The cable length is just under a metre long so there is some ‘give’ with how close to a socket it may need to be placed.Overall, a very nice light for a children’s room and something that would be acceptable to gift to a loved one.

This dinosaur light works great and is very easy to use i have only one minus that the light of this product looks a bit different it's not high green like on picture.Made of high quality plastic frame and LED neon tubes.Powered by batteries and USB plug in, convenient and energy saving.Long battery life for sure if you use good batteries.The cable length is just under a metre long but i'm not using so that's ok with me.Good value for money.

Very Basic but nice dolphin neon effect lampComes in a well presented box and in 2 partsThe top neon section slots into the base it feels a little plastic y and cheaply made but fits well and is strong and sturdy with a good connection there is also a USB to 5v lead which is very short around half a meter the lamp can be powered by 3 AA battery's not included and also by USB the light is blue but I think other colours are available and it's bright it does a good job of replicating neonThere is a little power switch on top of the base to turn it on and offThe light is a flexible rubber tube type material on what looks like a 3D printed back plate outline it looks like a dolphin and is a nice ambient light to have for gaming rooms kids bedroom light shows etcI really like it because it's only 10 pound I think its great value for money but bare in mind it is only 10 pound so it's not premium quality but nice

The green light really looks awesome and it’s definitely exceeded my expectations. The dino was very easy to assembly and once connected it works perfectly. The quality feels good and the brightness is amazing even during the day. What’s cool is that if you wanted to make it mobile and take it along with you by simply just adding some batteries, this isn’t needed for me though as my bronto will be cheering me on in my next PvP battle on the centre.
