Put teeth protector to cup of warm water (60 70C) till it gets soft for about 20-30 seconds.(NOTE:NOT BOILING WATER) 2. Carefully remove mouth guard from hot water with a slotted spoon. 3. Cool mouthguard under tap water for 1 second, just to bring the surface temperature to a comfortable level. Quickly move to step 4. 4.White looking in a mirror, line up the mouthguard with the centerline of upper teeth and carefully fit mouthguard onto all upper teeth.Bite firmly down into the mouthguard while sucking in. Use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard into the teeth and gum line through your lips and cheeks. Continue for 20 seconds. 5.Remove the mouthguard and cool under tap for 30 seconds.Replace the mouthguard into your mouth and test for a good firm fit.
