Ordered two pairs for my kids to use with their tablets and I'm highly satisfied. Love that it has volume control. Yes, we usually turn it all the way up to hear, but that level of volume is great in my opinion. Gives me piece of mind that I don't have to worry about them blasting music or movies all the way up and damaging their small ears. There is a switch to take the volume control off and I love how it's easy to access for an adult, but more difficult for a child since my kids are able to disable pretty much any childproof feature I try to bring in the home. Another great feature is these are pretty much unbreakable. My kids seem to break everything and they have broken my expensive headphones before. These reflexible and won't just snap, the wire is thick and not easily damaged, and while my kids have easily been able to remove the ear padding with some effort, I was able to put it back on with no problem at all. Definitely a must in our home

Fit well on our 4 year old but the volume limiting feature seems way too low to hear. Luckily, there is an option to set it back to normal volume. I guess we'll have to just prompt our kid to lower the volume but I was hoping to do without some additional management. This defeats the purpose of seeking out headphones with a volume limiting feature. For reference, we were watching really loud youtube videos (kids playing games) and when we plugged in the headphones with volume control activated, I had a hard time hearing what was going on in the video. The volume on the iPad was at max. We'll keep the headphones because they're comfortable, fit our son well, and otherwise work out well.

***Company contacted me reference the below described "airplane cabin noice" and offered a simple solution. Contact them if you experience the same problem or want to prevent it.These are ok if not in a loud area like the cabin of an airplane. I understand the value is low for a reason and for normal use or on the car they should work just fine. We got them for a plane trip and the plane noice was too loud for these headphones.

I bought these for my 3yr old for a transcontinental plane trip. Fit well - she wore them for whole movie so in my book a huge plus. I would have given 5 stars but I had to switch off the child audio safety feature as she couldn't hear what was playing. Good value for cost but if in a noisy setting i.e. plane, train etc you may want to remove the child safety feature.

We bought these for my 3 year old to use for her DVD player in the car. They work pretty good. I like the sound limiter so I don't have to worry about hurting her ears. However, there is one pretty big issue that would prevent me from buying them again. The foam covers for the ears fall off all the time and they are kind of a pain to get back on. It got so annoying that I actually put a little glue on the pads to keep this from happening. So far it seems to have worked but I wouldn't buy them again for this reason.

Just got these in the mail. they are VERY nice and sound great!! just as good as any other headphones. at first i thought only one side worked but then i realized there’s a tiny switch on the left side. you have to switch that over to have both headphones going. if they fail at anytime, i’ll be sure to update this review. (also, they don’t fit into my iphone6 lifeproof case, but thankfully lifeproof supplied us with an adapter so that i don’t have to remove my case)

Love these so far. Daughter is like an angry bear with headphones, but they are a necessity for my sanity. These replaced a pair with licensed characters that lasted barely a month. These are actually made with kids in mind. Highly recommendUpdate:These headphones actually lasted almost a full year. Only earlier this week did the cord begin to separate from the plug. I am very impressed with their durability. A great buy, especially at such a low price point. Great for younger children.

I bought these for my daughter to listen to music while doing homework. She is 8 years old. They for perfect. Very durable. I like that there is only one cord, it doesn't split to each side.

Have had it for about a month now and it's already defective. The sound cuts off now and then and also cuts off when you move around. I keep having to wiggle the wire near the area where it plugs into the device so as to get them to work again. Considering these are designed for kids 4 to 12 years old (as indicated on the box) I assumed that it would of been made tougher since kids do wiggle around and move quite a bit. I'm surprised they didn't last considering my son is not a young child, he's 7 years old and does put them away properly when he's done using the headphones. I had bought these as a second pair for the family (they fit mom & dad too) but they have not even lasted one month whereas the lilgadgets headphones I purchased over a year ago still work fine.

I purchased these headphones for my 7 year old daughter. For Christmas she asked for new headphones but didn't want "kid" ones..(ones with frozen, trolls etc on them) she also requested for them to be pink. Well they were very hard to find ....I saw these ones and ordered them right away. When they arrived I was very happy with quality, very nice looking, and light weight! She opened them Christmas morning and was estatic!!! Kid approved!!
