I was attracted to the fantastic price and the appearance of the knife. I collect fine kitchen knives for my own use in my kitchen. The price, the appearance and the excellent reviews prompted me to order one just to see if it was really a good knife. Not disappointed! Truly a beautiful knife. Excellent construction. Beautiful. One of my favorites not. Would put it up against other knives I paid multiple times more. Bought three for gifts. Buy It!

This knife is perfect for chopping veggies. The blade is super sharp, it comes with a blade coverage for storage and it’s light weight. Great for a gift or yourself!!!

Not only is this knife elegant, but it is easy to hold and wonderful for chopping vegetables and meat. It is sharp and is carbon stainless steel so it should last for ages. At seven inches it is very versatile. The handle is brown and has a swirly design.

Edge out of the box is ok not great but edge retention very poor and didnt make it through 1 onion. The handle is not sealed well and you can feel some of the material texture while you use it, so this cant be machine washed or left to drip dry.For the price you could do better but not much better. The artificial pattern in the steel is nice though...

Having one that is beautiful to boot was too much to resist. Not only did it perform well on both bacon and veggies, but I also liked the feel of it. I have small hands and have to be careful that I get a good grip (especially with a little bacon fat). As you can see from the video, it went through the bacon easily and while my chopping skills need work, it made a nice dice of the celery. The carbon steel blade is just beautiful to look at, the wood handle is just as gorgeous and the case allows you to store it in the drawer with all your other kitchen utensils without fear of slicing a finger. For such a great price, it was a no-brainer addition to my kitchen.

This is a great versatile knife! The pattern is really pretty, the handle is sturdy, and the knife has a good weight to it. It is miles better than the cheapo knife I had before this. I think this knife will last me for a long while!As a note, I did need to sharpen it once it arrived, but that’s not an issue for me.

This knife is impressive- it chops with ease, and the handle has a nice shape to it. The color is slightly different than the image, but the wood grain look is pretty cool. It is not marked with anything that indicates it's a Nakiri, but all in all, the knife does what it should!
