For now its good, just started using will update
Bought a slim skip meal one and this one, Will update after a month, just started using, not much of vanilla flavour but it has a little of vanilla, not much. But thought its easy to prepare. Right after taking had lose motion a lot, maybe 3 or more times, maybe its the effect or not, no idea, so the next day i skipped. Will update later how it goes, for now thinking positive, thats why its 5 🌟 for now. For both also lose motion is there. Hope its burning fat:)
