Helps loose weight
This hula hoop is perfect for weight loss. It is easy to fit to your size. The hard part is getting the ball to go around and around. But I love that this one has a counter to keep track of how many times the ball went around. This keeps you motivated to get bigger and bigger numbers every day. Amazing price and well worth buying

Follow Instructions
This was such a fun workout! Very easy assembly. I would highly suggest wearing tennis shoes while using. And FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN BOX!! Only use in open area. Avoid using around children and animals as the weighted ball will hurt if it hits a live being. It hit me a couple times as I didn’t keep my arms up and it was r the best feeling.I used for 30 minutes as suggested in the instructions and felt the burn in my abs the next day.

Fun way to workout!
This little gadget is so cool! I am a big fan of hula hoops so I was excited to try this, plus i wanted a fun and easy way to strengthen my core after having twins. It was easy to put together, instructions were easy to follow and it is an over all very uncomplicated (and fun!) way to work out your abs and midsection! 10/10 would recommend! Especially for post partum mamas

Very disappointed!
Obviously this isn’t your typical light weight hoola hoop, I found it very hard to use. Maybe I’m not the best hoola hooper but I found it very uncomfortable hitting around my waist and hips when trying to use it.

I love it
I love it! I was worried it wouldn't fit but it did! I have shrunk two links already and I'm glad I kept the links cause one broke when I was putting it on the other day and I had a replacement piece! I can burn more calories in less time and it's a mindless activity that is actually fun and rewarding. Instant gratification in knowing depending how hard/fast the ball goes I can burn 120-300calories in 15-30minutes or less.

Love it but counter doesn't work..
You can feel the burn in your abs buttocks and legs. Only problem is the counter doesn't work. How can I get a replacement?
