Elegant Picture Light 14'' Brass Finish for paintings and wall art, white 5.5' cord w/in-line switch approx 3' down cord & 1.5' from plug, two T6, 15 watt warm white incandescent bulbs _PCT14

I had to look for some time for this lamp. The price was just right,so finally finding one really pleased me. It looks good and makesmy picture look fabulous.

For the price it looks great over our 22 inch wide painting casting warm light affect.

Works as advertised but you will need to replace the bulbs with proper Phillips or such.Annoying if you hang the picture in a difficult place and have to replace the bulbs.I would replace the bulbs before you put up the painting.

Though the picture light is okay, there are a few things that could make it better.There should be longer bulbs. The incandescent bulbs included were like night light bulbs, barely filling out the spaces allowed. I ended up replacing the bulbs with 4" long, warm, LED, tubular bulbs.The other quibble is that the light is not articulated, so it is impossible to angle the light so it points more towards the picture. I suppose I could bend the bracket that attaches to the back of the picture. But, that seems like a bad/unnecessary idea. There should be a ball joint to allow the light to do this.Other than those 2 points, I'm okay with the build quality. It should last for many years.

1. the problem is that you are not able to adjust the the shade covering the lights, in other words the lights are noton the painting, they are pointing outward onto your eyes/ Therefore I had to return the item., Very cheap piece of lighting, not a good product

I was terrified when I removed this light after a year of use. This product is NOT safe. Losing your home to an Electrical Fire is not worth it! My lamp is burnt and appears to have smoked.

This doesn’t use regular LED or easy to find bulbs and this is my main concern, but the bulbs should last a year or so. Otherwise it is high quality and bright and works very well. I highly recommend it for the price.
