Great buy! My 3 year old daughter broke her collar bone about 2 months ago. I bought this support because she's so active, I didn't think it would heal very well with the sling the doctor provided. This support truly provides the support to keep her back straight and the clavicle in line (see pictures for comparison)Additional notes: Because she's tiny, I bought the infant size and we would use the padding on top so she wouldn't re-injure it when bumping it (like I said, she's very active- lol)

I got theninfant for my 2 year old and even as tight as possible it does nothing.
