This vinegar is produced from a superior local variety of sun-dried grapes. Only the finest grapes are selcted from each young crop and traditionally fermented without additives or preservatives. Enriched w/ an aromatic infusion of rosemary and thyme that grows abundantly on the estate.

I Love Vinegar and This is One of the Best
I got this vinegar as part of a "Vinegar of the Month" selection (strange, but I LOVE vinegar so a great gift). Of all the ones, this stood out so I was delighted that I could order it on Amazon. Really great taste and makes a terrific vinaigrette! I will continue to buy this product.
