Keeps a can cold almost all day if you give the can an extra chill in the freezer before heading out. I have not used it for bottles, but expect it would not do so well because the whole top will warm up. Still, vacuum is perfect for eliminating loss of heat or cold, and this is a lot more practical than a thermos flask for cold beverages. No cleaning necessary either; just recycle the can.

***UPDATE - 4DEC18*** : I came back to order more of these coolers and am shocked to see the huge increase in price. I am so disappointed in this company. I, and many others, have given this company good reviews ... and in return they have rewarded their customers by increasing the price of this product from $16.97 (purchase price on 14Jun18) to $28.55 (price on 4 Dec18). What could possibly justify a price increase of $11.58 ... which equates to an increase of 68.2% in 5 months & 20 days?!? Personally, I will find another vendor, or do without.When I drink soda it is primarily from the small 12 oz plastic bottles. I have tried a few drink coolers before ... this type which has a snap on rubber ring ... and the type that has a combination plastic & rubber ring that screws on. So far, this is my favorite soda cooler. However, it takes me a long time to drink a 12 oz bottle of soda that I've had to make a small adjustment that keeps my soda *cold* for much longer. I not only keep these in the freezer ... but before I place it in the freezer I add some water to the container and let it freeze before I place my soda bottle into the cooler. It fits snugly enough that as the water melts it does not drizzle out as I'm drinking. Don't add too much water because you don't want the rubber ring to stretch. Also, don't put the rubber ring into the freezer. The one thing that would make this a five star product is if they would include a self-contained gel bottom (or side) so that it could be frozen instead of having to add water. That would keep it cold indefinitely... and I'd like that because one soda will last me hours... if not all day. I also use these for the 11.15 oz cans of Sanpellegrino Blood Orange Sparkling juice for my mother. I personally refuse to drink out of cans, but my mother will drink this juice if the bottles are unavailable. Unfortunately, my mother is in the advanced stage of Alzheimer's disease ... so she does what she likes. Even though she is in the advanced stage of Alzheimer's disease I have been able to keep her brain functioning by a daily dose of organic extra virgin coconut oil. It is practically an unknown remedy that is truly remarkable ... and it has kept her brain functioning since early 2011. So, I won't drink out of aluminum cans... so having these coolers for bottles is a big plus for me. So, add a little water in the bottom and you're all set.

This is perfect for a 16 ounce can of Miller Lite. Exactly what I needed to keep it cold enough for me to drink it all. It is good quality and it works to keep your beverage cold and definitely worth the cost.

I was very impressed. As an experiment my friend and compared this to the styrofoam type on an very warm day aboard our boat while fishing. I had my bottled beverage in the cooler sleeve and my friend was using a styrofoam type. We left the last few sips of each container in the cup holders, in the sun for a while. Mine was COLD, his definitely not. No sweating from the outside and you don't feel the chill from the drinks. Nice that it adapts to different containers also. I recommend this without reservation.

Love it so far!! Keeps drinks cold longer. The only problem is in does not fit the big cans.

I wanted a cheaper product than a Yeti. I didn’t expect was a better product than the yeti. The Is push on and pull out and nice quality. They keep it cold product is taller than A yeti. Therefore it comes up higher on a bottled beer. Keep shit just as cold as a yeti.

I throw this in the freezer and it keeps can cold for a long time -- very reasonable price and great quality!
