I had this headset for a few months and the plastic above the left earcup cracked. I have never dropped the headset. After a few weeks, Amazon sent me a replacement. Almost 3 months using the same headset, the plastic above the right earcup cracked.

Buenas! Me gustaría compartir mi opinión (es la primera vez que hago una reseña en Amazon, la verdad) sobre estos auriculares. Los llevo usando aproximadamente dos semanas y a lo mejor puedo ayudar a alguien a decidirse a adquirir estos auriculares o no.¡Vamos a ello!DISEÑO y CALIDAD DE CONSTRUCCIÓN:Estos auriculares están construidos en su mayoría en plástico de buena calidad salvo el extensor de la diadema, que está construido en metal y las almohadillas, que son como de foam con memoria, recubierto de tela, por lo que no tienen el mejor aislamiento acústico. La parte del control de audio, el botón de encendido y el botón de silencio del micrófono (que además es extraíble) se encuentran en la parte trasera del auricular izquierdo. Todo bastante accesible y cómodo.Los cables que contiene tienen un tacto muy diferente al de un cable normal. Diciéndolo de forma coloquial, se podría decir que "la sensación al tacto es más plástico y se adhieren más" que un cable normal. No sé si me explico.COMODIDAD:Desde que compré estos cascos inalámbricos los llevo puestos todo el día desde que llego a casa. Son súper cómodos aunque dan un poquito más de calor de lo normal, pero no se te queda manchado de sudor por el material del que están hechas las almohadillas, lo cual es de agradecer. Aún tendría que probar qué tanto calor pueden dar en verano y si puede llegar a molestar.CONECTIVIDAD:La conexión inalámbrica está muy bien, sobre todo si estás con el ordenador y tienes que salir y quieres seguir escuchando música. Todo gracias a su conector con conexión USB tipo C (si no tienes un dispositivo móvil con conexión USB-C, te recomiendo que compres un adaptador, ya que es muy práctico el hecho de tener unos cascos todoterreno, por llamarlo de alguna forma). Todo está muy bien, aunque me ha pasado que hay veces que los cascos se desconectan por unos breves instantes, desconozco la razón pero bueno, al menos no tardan en volver a conectarse. Si esto para ti es un problema, puedes optar por conectarlo con su cable de 3.5mm, aunque perderías la ventaja (o desventaja, según tu punto de vista) conectividad inalámbrica.SOFTWARE:Es una lástima porque en este punto flaquean un poco estos auriculares, aunque siempre lo dejaban claro en el sitio web de la marca. Estos auriculares NO son compatibles con Razer Synapse, si no con otro software de pago, llamado Razer THX Spatial Audio, y cuesta 20€ la licencia. Yo no lo tengo instalado ni sé cómo funciona, pero he visto que mejoran la calidad del sonido y se pueden controlar ciertos parámetros que sin software no se podrían controlar (aunque ya de por sí tienen uno de los mejores sonidos que he escuchado en auriculares gaming).BATERÍA:Este es uno de los puntos indispensables (creo yo) en estos auriculares. Usándolos durante 3 o 4 horas (a veces más) al día, aproximadamente, con un volumen del 50% en Windows y con la rueda de volumen a media vuelta (aproximadamente, un 50%) me duraron una semana completa.También debo añadir que cuando los auriculares están encendidos y no estás escuchando nada, se apagan a los cinco minutos para ahorrar batería, lo cuál no es molesto, ya que no los estoy usando.La recarga completa de los cascos dura aproximadamente 3 horas.OPINIÓN PERSONALBajo mi punto de vista son unos auriculares muy buenos con un gran sonido. No soy audiófilo, soy una persona común y corriente que disfruta de escuchar música y jugar videojuegos. Desde vi estos auriculares me encantaron por su diseño minimalista, no tienen ni RGB ni la típica estética gaming agresiva que estamos acostumbrados a ver en otros auriculares.Tienen un sonido equilibrado en su mayoría de frecuencias, con unos graves potenciados, pero no más de la cuenta (he de decir que es el tipo de sonido que me gusta) .Son muy cómodos y por su calidad de construcción creo que me durarán mucho tiempo aunque sea de plástico.Me da mucha libertad la conectividad inalámbrica que tienen estos auriculares, aunque si alguien me puede decir si es posible evitar esa reconexión que se produce en determinados momentos, estaría encantado de leerlo.La batería tiene una buena duración, a mi parecer.Son unos cascos que por menos de 90€ (que es el precio actual del producto) es de lo mejor.Ahora bien, si te interesa tener un buen control y compatibilidad con Windows en cuanto a software, te recomiendo los SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wireless. En mi opinión, yo me seguiría quedando con estos Razer.Espero haber ayudado a alguien.Un saludo.Actualización: ahora que sí probé el software de estos auriculares, puedo hablar de ello. Sí, es cierto que mejoran un poco la calidad del sonido, pero no de manera abismal, puesto que, como ya dije anteriormente y sigue siendo así, ya cuentan con una calidad de sonido bastante decente.En cuanto al error que tenía con el dongle, un día dejó de darme ese problema y funcionan perfectamente sin desconectarse, a no ser que me vaya del rango de alcance, obviamente.Me alegra saber que mi comentario lo consideraron útil bastantes personas, gracias por su atención.

Parfait pour le travail, visioconférences, le gaming ou simplement écouter de la musique.Ce casque Razer excelle dans tous les domaines, au déballage ça respire la qualité. Les assemblages sont parfaits, aucun jeu dans les boutons, le casque est sobre avec des détails très sympa, il est fourni avec tous les câbles nécessaires : un jack pour une utilisation en direct, un micro pour vos tchats/jeux/conf/appel, un adaptateur sans fil en USB type C qui est parfaitement adapté pour les téléphones mais ira se brancher sur vos consoles et ordinateurs même dénués d'USB C grâce aux rallonges USB fournies.Le casque est très léger, le confort est parfait même après une journée de travail (musique et visio-conférence toute la journée) et le son n'a pas grand chose à envier à mon Bose et bien meilleur que mon Logitech. Le micro est également très bon et la bonnette empêche l'interlocuteur d'entendre notre respiration comme sur certains modèles, c'est appréciable.Petit plus : fonctionne aussi sur ma TV LG, de quoi s'immerger dans un film sans embêter les occupants de la maison.En espérant que mon commentaire vous aide dans votre choix, auquel cas un petit "utile" sera apprécié, merci :)

Purchased to replace a pair of similarly priced Logitech headphones, read lots of good reviews and expected good things. Was thusly disappointed.The good:-lots of connection options, bits and bobs. Wireless dongle with adapter for regular usb ports, a 3mm cable and a removable mic.-comfortable and light, grips head fairly well-cheap enough to not expect a symphony sat next to me, but with the reviews I expected the quality dip to be acceptableThe cons:-MUFFLED SOUND. I've compared videogames, music and youtube videos, and the sound feels like I'm listening through a towel in all three. There's a slight fuzziness to it that I can't tune out, and the levels feel way off. I'll be deafened by the bg music of a game and barely hear the audio; the crispness of my last headset is missing too so it all feels strained.-the power button takes an AGE to turn on/off, 3 seconds or so. not a long time but just irritating enough in use that it bothers me-doesnt work with 3mm on my phone? cheapo headphones from the bargain bin work fine but my phone refuses to even pick this thing up and plays through its speakers instead. And I'm not taking it out of the case to use the dongle or using the adapter; i really dont want an entire cable sticking out of my phone.maybe i got a bunk unit, or I have been spoiled by my last headset (which again, was similarly priced and has identical specs). but this is not something i'm happy with for the price. returned and will be looking elsewhere.

Pros: Affordable, Lightweight/Comfortable, Mute Button, Plug and Play, Long Battery Life, Classically Simple DesignCons: Average Sound, Cheap Microphone, Low Wireless Range, Not Very LoudThe headphones are great if you're looking for a modern wireless headset with all the necessary features.It's got a noise cancelling mic, a wireless receiver, a mute button, a volume wheel, breathable earcups and a sturdy lightweight build.The earphones don't get super loud, the volume wheel is extremely limited and the wireless signal does not go anywhere past the room you have the receiver in unless you use the extension. Which is fair but some other headphones on the market do a much better job of reaching other rooms.Still it's easy to forget these headphones are £99 which is the perfect price in my opinion. Some things like the sound quality, the simple design and not so premium microphone hold it back. But it's a great bang for the buck. This is a very solid headset with no frills and gimmicks.Well except one gimmick, they claim you can use these with your smartphone, not iPhones however so bear that in mind. You can plug the USB C receiver into your phone and enjoy them like normal headphones, there's no carrying case however so the microphone and cables stay at home.If you need a decent pair of wireless headphones with modern connectivity and comfort as the focus. Buy them.

Firstly I don't like using headphones/Headsets but needs must as with a family i needed to start listening to music and gaming on the quiet.These fit my head very well and sit nicely on ears and top of head and feel great for hours.The sound quality is amazing in games and the THX surround is perfect for working out sound direction. Stick some music on..... no prob sound fantastic.You DO NOT need to use Razer Synapse to use these, they work straight out of the box.These are very smart grown up headphones that do exactly what any grown up gamer needs :)
