This is a fairly well made piece of equipment for such a low price. It is reasonably quiet and very easy to use with timer and speed controls. I purchased this tumbler because I work with fine silver and soft argentium silver both types need work hardening once a piece is finished and this is the best way I’ve found to work harden finished pieces without damaging the silver. This is an excellent alternative to the more expensive tumblers on the market it does the job perfectly. It is also fantastic for doing the final polish on finished pieces of any type of metal plus it is great for cleaning and polishing older tarnished jewellery. It removed tarnishing in just 10 minutes on the lowest setting and my old jewellery looks new again. Came with stainless steel shot and compound powder included so it was almost plug and go. There is one very minor problem it does leak just a little around the lid seal but it is so minor it’s not a problem I just put a piece of kitchen towel underneath it to catch any drips.

Great price. Fast delivery. Very well packed. Excellent tumbler, which works extremely well. No instructions were included, but it is not difficult or complicated to use. There is a red switch on the the front panel which looks like it might be an on/off switch. However, a little investigation and experimenting soon led me to discover that it is NOT a mains on/off switch. What the red switch does is to switch between two modes of use. The tumbler can either be operated so the drum just rotates in one direction, or alternatively it can be operated so the rotation alternates between forward and reverse rotation. Included with my tumbler were 2 spare drive belts and 2 O-ring seal for the door, which is excellent. The toggle lever that applies pressure to seal the cover closed applied very little pressure, consequently some water leaked out. I soon traced the problem to two slight imperfections in plastic cover. I carefully filed them smooth and added a piece of plastic under the lever to increase the pressure, so now the drum is water tight. The media that I received has not rusted, so it seems that they are now supply stainless steel media. Likewise, mine too has a screw that comes through the case, but it's not a problem. Great product fast and efficient delivery.Powerful little tumbler, great speed on a low setting. Could not ask for any thing better well worth the money.Only thing I would have to say is that there is a screw that had come threw the casing. More attention should be made in product inspection before sending of to a customer. Please see image attached.Would also recommend getting stainless steel shot for the tumbler and not to use the ones provided as I presume they are carbon metal and rust very quickly if not dried after each use will rust and become more difficult to look after.It also comes with spare seal for lid and belt for motor which was great.

leaks water, front control panel very loose. Bottom cover that keeps wires in is bowing and showing cables electronics so when water leaks could cause electric shock. Very bad build quality, lid lock too weak lets water out. Metal balls rust in 10 mins. Not fit for uk market. Dangerous.

I would not recommend this it’s very cheaply made struggles to work when left to run for a while. Spend a little more and get a good one

This does the job but it leaks. I put a towel underneath whilst using.

Would have given this 5 stars, but it doesn't have an english plug and no adapter came with it. It also has no instructions.

Would have been more helpful if there was an instruction booklet with it and directions and some hints and tips.

It's good, admittedly the on off switch is only a decoration but it's a very good tumbler, best Ive had in fact, the shot does not rust. I would buy this again if I had two workshops

It polishes as expected. My only problem is that the main on/off switch is redundant in that I mean that the unit is always live so the only way to control power is via the switched 240v socket.....I do intend to open it up and fix this. Obviously when purchasing cheap eastern products you expect things not to be of German build quality but omitting a main power switch from a circuit is rather a sad quality control oversight which is a shame as the product itself is very good.

Bought for my daughter but more for my husband i think!! Great bit of kit thanks.
