First off, this fancy ball bearing spinner pole replaced a standard wooden pole so I had high hopes when ordering. I wasn't disappointed! Worth every penny and is living up to the no tangling hype. I opted for the six foot version to get it away from the house an extra foot. The black finish is perfect and assembly is as simple as screwing one piece into the other. The top portion of the pole spins freely on ball bearings in the pole, pretty slick design, much like the new stripper poles!! Haven't had to unwrap my flag from the pole once and expect the extra foot of pole will keep it away from the nearby gutter that destroyed many a flag in windy weather. Grommet type flags are easily attached and adjusted with the included plastic hardware. Great product, highly recommended.

Two piece spinning, flagpole excellent

I've bought one for me and one for my Dad and have had no real problems. Except the round plastic swivel part that clamps to the pole. Mine broke after a year or so. (thats why the 4 stars).Its not the most durable plastic and if used outside the Sun will weaken them. I have since replaced the plastic ones with metal ones (BonyTek 2 Pack Aluminum Alloy Flag Pole Rings) and have had no issues.I love my flag pole and I am one of few people that wave the American Flag in my neighborhood. I will always fly "Old Glory" with pride as I love my country.

Just received this item. Couldn't be happier with product in replacing an old, cheap flag pole. Very easy to put together and hang. I also took the opportunity to replace the flag holder and proudly put up a new Amin fAmerican flag. All products were purchased through Amazon with Founding Fathers being the seller. We are experiencing some strong winds today and everything is performing and looking great. A no risk purchase in my opinion.

The quality of these flag poles leave much to be desired. The ball on top seems to be 2 pieces of plastic glued together with a very obvious seam. The pole itself is pretty light and flimsy as well. The best feature about this is the upper half of the pole spins freely, but I can not imagine this will last very long in even mild weather conditions. Although extremely simple to assemble, I can not recommend. I plan to return both poles i purchased, and search for higher quality one's.

returned once, didn't bother this time, just poorly made out of soft material in the pole that does not standup to any wind over time, only lasted a few months each time I bought it, I took down in high winds and storms but didn't make a difference in long run. - looks great and does keep flag unfurled very well, but not durable at all. - probably only good for occasional use .

This flag pole is nice and long, finally I got a flag pole that don’t tangle with wind very easy to assemble and price was decent, there was only one slight problem with where you hook flag at bottom to hold it is made of plastic but it’s a softer plastic and the screw is a plastic and it was stripped so he tapped it and put in a stainless screw and it looks great!
