Q: Can you use this gauge for two sending units? Example, two tanks and flip the gauge from tank #1 to tank #2 .

Can’t say for sure but having wired these up see no reason why you couldn’t.

Hi, I guess it will, since the electrical resistance range (in ohms) of the sensor to be compatible to the gauge.

Q: Can you hook two of these guages to one water level sensory?

I don’t see the reading being accurate if you did. They are great gages and sensors but they work on resistance from the sensor. If you change the balance by introducing another load I.e. gauge it is going throw off the reading in both gauges.

Q: Is it possible to pop off the screen and access the wires from the front? My van builder boxed the sensor in and I can access it from behind.

You can't pop off the screen. The only way to get to it would be to turn the whole unit but it's going to twist the wires.
