I'd have to say it was packaged pretty well even though only 4 out of 5 light bulbs were intact and whole one of them was broken parts but otherwise not very happy with everything

Bought FIVE, received Four good ones, ONE broken in two
They work great but the packaging did not prevent breakage of one of them.And no response from the sellers. I've been ripped off for 1 5th of the cost of this purchase. I have to wonder if the tube was broken when they added it to the package, since the other 4 were packaged just the same.Ripped off for 20% of this purchase!

Great Bulbs & Great Company
These bulbs are great and my plants love them. Anything I have ever bought from Ipower has been of great quality. Now a days if I need something I look to these guys first honestly. They usually have about the best prices and they have better quality than some of their competitors. Yeah I'm talking about you VIVOSUN. Oh and by the way they have great customer service as well.

Thank you for delivering so well
Im giving it five stars because the pacaging is so good. Now i know their is a seperate section for this but through Amazon I have recieved tree broken lights. However each company was awesume and replaced them, but it was a bit of a pain. The tube they delivered in was super solid. And yes the lights work fine. Simple items like light bulbs are hard to review as they either tirn on or not. But ipower thanks for the great pacaking. As dumb and petty as this sounds i appreciate it and it will influence my buying decision.

These are not what I got last time.
I use these in a planted aquarium. I’ve bought them before and they worked fine. After a year or so when algae starts to grow I change the tubes to control it. These tubes are a different color of light and the algae grows even faster! I reordered what I bought before so they should be the same light.

Beside that 1 bulb had the pins broken in one side the bulbs were ok.
