Perfect for kids' room
We're using this on our kids' bedroom door so our 4 year old can get in and out without waking the baby. It works perfectly. Fits great and makes the door quiet... no clicking or bumping. I did notice it was quite snug in the beginning and that the elastic has loosened up a bit, so I hope it won't loosen any more. It's been maybe a month and the fabric is not wearing out. I would buy this again... it's so worth it for a peaceful night's sleep.

Better than a sock!
Our house is over 100 years old and three of our upstairs doors don't latch , so we've been sticking socks in the door to keep them shut. These are much more attractive and don't fall on the floor when you open the door. The thickness is perfect to keep the door shut firmly.

Quality product, just didn't work for us
The product does keep the door from locking, but it didn't take long for my child to figure out how to remove it.

Life saver
These are invaluable. We have them on half the doors so our toddler doesn’t wake the baby by slamming doors and it’s magical. They’ve been on for months and no tears, stretching, issues of any kind

These save us from waking our son at night
If you have small children you need these. If you find yourself ninja walking to sneak out of the room, only to wake the baby with a loud door knob, you’ll appreciate these. Basically it makes it so the door is silent when opening and closing it. Our son used to wake up anytime we left the room to use the restroom and this has helped us immensely. He no longer hears when we enter or leave the room. It’s also strong enough so a cat can’t push the door open.

Nope
This did not work for me. Door bumpers worked perfectly. My roommate tends to slam her bedroom door. I don’t know if she’s hard of hearing or I am just overly sensitive. This just didn’t work.

Thinner than expected
They aren’t thick enough for our doors so they still slam if there is some wind.
