After a second attempt at shipment due to the first failing to arrive, I got a delivery today only to find people cannot read and put it upside down during shipping. 1 bottle broke (only! 🤯) and 23 (somehow) survived. This is an amazing product and nothing compares to it, so I plunge on through the chaos of attempted and failed deliveries that fail to arrive 2/3rds of the time and require a refund action (which they do refund) and then pray that some bottles arrive intact when the delivery does arrive. The outter box continues to have no “this side up” or “fragile” labeling for some forsaken reason. But, yes, the Hops Water is worth it when it arrives 😋 because the flavor is the best of all the ones I have tried. Fix the shipping by fixing the box labeling issues!!

Hops Orignal has a Clean SparkilngTaste . Not much head to it like Beer .This appears to be to keep ftom losing any of its Sparkle . Dislike thePrice as being high which is partly due to the Shipping and Packing .

If you like Perrier water and hops this is the drink for you.

We really like the hop waters. They are a great ipa alternative. I like the flavor better than laganitas hop water. We got the subscribe and save and have had three shipments. The last shipment one of the bottles was broken. I was not able to contact them for return or replace because they do not accept them. I will probably get another shipment because I like the product, but these are expensive so if there was another issue I would need to find something else.UPDATE: H2OPS read the review and offered a full refund which was really nice because only one bottle was broken. They said that it should be able to be returned and they would look into. When I went to respond I saw that my January shipment had a return window, but my two February shipments did not so it does seem to be some kind of error. I changed my rating to 5 stars because I really like the product, they read the reviews and are trying to fix the situation.

Super tasty. It’s perfect for when you want that hoppy bite (with pizza or spicy Szechuan food) but not the alcohol or heaviness of beer.BUTEvery box I’ve received has at least 2-3 bottles broken. Which creates a huge and dangerous mess, not to mention upping the price per drinkable bottle. One time more than half of the box was broken. I like H2Ops way more than other similar products on the market. Enough so that each time I wash off the intact bottles carefully so I can enjoy them, but I think I’m finally done after cutting up my hand while opening the box on invisible glass bits stuck all over the cardboard. This is the 5th or 6th box I’ve ordered and despite apparent attempts to improve the packaging, there has been no improvement in the result. :(

After reading some of the reviews I was worried that the product might come damaged but I decided to order anyway and I am so glad I did. They seem to have fixed their shipping problem because all 12 bottles came in perfect condition and in a recyclable shipping box. I have tried the other flavors at whole foods and total wine and spirits and grapefruit was my favorite but all of them are good. I highly recommend this if you like the hoppy taste of beer and like sparkling water, it's just so refreshing. I am so glad I can now buy this drink on amazon and get it delivered right to my door.

These are great! My wife drank them when she was pregnant and I drink them when I want to stay in shape. However... the shipping isn't doable. I sent them an email a while ago that their Amazon fulfillment was shipping the cases on their side, resulting in the bottle breaks everyone's seeing. It's been months and the problem isn't fid. Due to that alone... we're not going to order anymore.There are fluffy cardboard solutions that other shippers like Partake use that separate all the cans or bottles. It certainly seems like H20ps needs to start using a solution like that. Hopefully they figure that out soon, but until then... $5 loss per case on drinks already twice as expensive as beer won't cut it.

I highly recommend H2OPS Water. Of the various sparkling hops water N/A no-carb products I've tried, this one is far and away the best. It has a true hops taste, is crisp and refreshing, and even develops a creamy head on top. I can't say enough good things about H2OPS Water! Since I had to give up real beer due to a medical condition, H2OPS Water has been my go-to beverage of choice. Ordering it on Amazon was easy--it came quickly, was delivered to my front door, all bottles intact no problem. I'll be buying it regularly this way going forward. Cheers, H2OPS Water!
