For what it’s worth, I’m somewhat happy with my order but just to be clear, I received two 8 oz containers which together total 16 oz, not two 16 oz containers. This was not what I was expecting. I had to use both containers to store 16 oz of spices. Onion Powder container is 7.5 oz & the pepper is 17.1 oz for size reference. It’s a tiny bit bigger than the onion powder and a whole lot smaller than the pepper. Upon hearing back from customer service, I was told "You received the correct item. The reason all of your spice did not fit is that you are using dry ounces (mass/weight) and the only way to assign a capacity to containers is to use fluid ounces (volume).For example think of one cup of flour and one cup of tomato sauce; they both occupy the same volume of space (8 fluid ounces), but they have very different weights (about 4 ounces for the flour, and about 7.9 ounces for the tomato sauce).We will update the product page to make this more clear.Sorry about the confusion, would you still like to return the item?"Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone buys 16 oz of spices and expects to use one container for that and the additional for something else. I had to use both containers for the 16 oz of spices. As of right now they’ve yet to update their page with this info. Happy shopping y'all!

This product is advertised as 16 oz spice bottles, but beware because these appear to be fluid ounces. I combined two of my favorite steak rubs that measure 12 oz and 2.5 ozs and they did not fit in the bottle. This needs to be clarified in their product details. The bottles appear to be a quality product, but now I understand why they sell them in packs of 2 because 16 ozs of dry spices won’t fit in one bottle.

Yes these are really nice to have but the over all thickness of the wall of the shaker is really thin. The lid flaps look like over time they are going to break off and but they haven’t yet so we shall see. Iv used it pretty regularly with no issues so far but that’s what Iv noticed so far.Update: 2/4/2021DO NOT WASH IN THE DISH WASHER! whoops....

Reasonable product but holes are too small for my purposes. Medium size (a little smaller that I was expecting but labeled properly) and quality was as expected. Problem for me was that the holes were too small. Might be suitable for dusting powered sugar but my mix of kosher salt and course ground pepper has a hard time getting through. I'll probably have to drill the holes larger.

I was really happy to find these spice jars. I was looking for something to store my chia seeds & flax seeds in for making protein shakes. They typically come in bags and are messy to pour into a glass. These are the perfect size bottles & I can just shake what I need into my smoothie - no seeds scattered on the counter. I labeled them and they look very nice in my cupboard.

I wish I would have just REUSE My Sams Bigs Seasoning Bottles

Perfect for big box store parm cheese. Transfer some into these guys and it's much easier to handle.
