No help for hot flushes
I have used these for hot flushes for years but different brand just though these ones were good high strenght and grt value for money but unfortunately no help at all for hot flushes or perhaps a little can't tell

Highly recommended - very economical
This product was recommended to me by a very experienced and effective health practitioner. She is a specialist in Chinese medicine an d says it is one of the best supplements for balancing the body’s hormones. I have been taking it for three weeks and I feel better, I sleep better, I have lost some weight and friends have commented that I look younger (I am 70).What came as a pleasant surprise was the price - it is extremely inexpensive.The product arrived promptly, so from all perspectives, I was very happy.

Unfortunately they gave me horrific heartburn
Stopped almost right away due to heartburn. Ended up putting in the bin I'm afraid.
