The good news is that this one comes with TWO cords
I use this frequently. It allows you to keep track of the internal meat temperature without having to repeatedly open the oven or grill and lose heat.I bought this kit because the probe cord broke on my old one. I could not find just a replacement cord so I had to buy a whole new set. The good news is that this one comes with TWO cords. So I should get twice the use out of this one.The temperature is accurate. The cordless set up allows you to keep track of the temperature if you are cooking outside while doing other things inside.

Where are the User Instructions?
There are no instructions on how to use the item and it appears that one of the probes does not work. As there are no instructions or troubleshooting guidelines, I am not certain about the second probe.
