Bullet Blues Elegant have a high waist. They are called "Elegant" because it's got a dressier look with our signature European flair. Made of 99% cotton and 1% spandex, the premium denim has a velvety feel and just enough stretch to give these jeans a perfect fit on the very first wearing. The American-made denim from Cone, NC, is a beautiful "Mer" shade of blue and feels very light. "Elegant's high waist hugs your hips and is forgiving--you'll look longer and leaner. The leg has a very slight boot cut that really flatters. The buttons and rivets are custom made in Kentucky. Made in USA. Sizes go from 24 to 33. The inseam is 31 3/4". Front rise is 9 1/2" with a back rise of 12 1/2." Fits true to size.
