Edison Robot with USB Drive and Printed Guide

I purchased this for my kids because they really wanted a robot. I liked this robot over others because it is Lego compatible, and we LOVE Legos. As a plus, we can also program the robot when my children are ready for this. So far, my kids have been playing with it. We have used the bouncing off function, the flashlight function, and the follow the line function. We drew a road/path on our table for Edison and watched it go around and around the table. Once the graphical coding program is available, I can't wait for my kids to program/code Edison to see if he can do more.

This does not work. I put in brand new batteries and it won't even turn on. The package wasn't opened for a few weeks because it was a birthday gift for my son. I logged in to start my return and apparently I'm 2 days past my return window. So aggravating and such a waste of money!

Easy to use and program. Ordered two one worked fine the other had a gear slip on one wheel sp it was useless. Question of the guality of the robot or quality control. Amazon was quick to take it Bach . Sent me postage paid label and refund in 4 Days.

I purchased 13 robots for educational class. They work well but I get no customer support. One robot inside fell apart, even though I had them for a while, I only use them 2x a year. So, support refused to replace one of the robots, just did not return my emails for replacements. I feel the curriculum is to advanced for the age group that they are built for, and I have to rewrite all the curriculum to work for primary school age kids. They are too simple for 4th grade and up, yet the curriculum is written for elementary school students. I use NXT for that age group. I hope you will get customer support purchasing from Amazon.
