The Complete Adventures of Peter Rabbit

The rabbit tales in this book with beautiful illustrations provide a delightful reading experience.

Great for a present

I have been a fan of the first two Peter Rabbit stories and of Beatrix Potter for close to 80 years. Unbelievably, I had never heard of the other two adventures in this book: The Flopsy Bunnies and Mr. Fox. The books themselves (I ordered 3) are in nearly perfect condition, and the stories were delightful. I now know I have Peter's complete history in Miss Potter's world, and some closure on Peter's family. I taught public school kindergarten for 28 years before my retirement, so I had a great love for classic childrens' storybooks. I still have many opportunities to read to children, and Peter Rabbit stories are some of the best.

sehr süß, aber leider nicht mit den Originalzeichnungen :(Wer seine Kindheitserinnerungen neu beleben oder einem älteren Kind englisch näher bringen will ist hiermit gut bedient
