Pros:So far, I'm very happy with this Rocky Mountain Barber Company (RMBC) pre-shave oil. I have been using The Art of Shaving (TAoS) pre-shave oil (and their other products) for years and buying it by the jug (8oz bottle), and consider that to be the gold standard. This is on par with that in cost, quality, and scent. The only difference is that this pre-shave oil only comes in a 1oz bottle with an eye-dropper dispenser. That is perfect for travel, but I prefer the larger bottle with the pump-top dispenser when at home. So, unless they roll out a different size container, I'll continue to use TAoS at home and save this for travel.Cons:Anyone who has used TAoS products knows how over-priced they are. My only complaint about this RMBC oil is that is about the same price per ounce as TAoS oil. All of their other products (shaving creams and after-shave lotions/balms) are much more favorably priced compared to TAoS, and they have become my preference.I would gladly try other scents if they were to introduce a new one.

Great smell, softens, great ingredients

Been shaving for 40 years and I have tried every product, cheap to luxurious. I've used the highest grade badger brushes, all the pre shave oils, and every type of shaving cream out there, from $1 store to Neiman Marcus.Rocky Mountain pre-shave oil has been the most consistent and reliable product of them all. It works! They got it right, the scent, the mix, and the ease of application from palm to face... you will feel the slickness immediately. The blade just glides with ease. With or without shaving cream.The one minor flaw (it may just be me) is the bottle, it does have a droplet style lid, but I prefer to pump it out, so I switch the product into a small pump style bottle dedicated for Rocky Mountain now. Not a problem and just my personal preference.My favorite shaving product of all. Been using it for 3 years, all the while blades, shaving creams, etc have changed. No other shaving oil excels as this one.

I have a full beard and Decided to give this product a try. This oil kinda helps with the close shave. It actually helps seal the light razor burn and smells Great... Just ordered 6 more and with an over seas added freight charge to Greece, still interested... JUST WISH IT WAS OFFERED IN A LRGER PUMP CONTAINER. The small Bottle, closes poorly and spills out easily. Come on Mountain Guys, your oil is very good, but you need to invest in quality bottles...
